Ocean view from the living room and bedroom

The small 60 m² house is at the edge of a resort nestled alone on a 10 m high sand dune with a unique 180° view of the Atlantic. A living room with integrated kitchen (27 m²). The kitchen is equipped with a 4 hob cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A fireplace in the middle of the living room makes for a romantic, cosy atmosphere. Three small independent bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), offer plenty of comfort. The bathroom with shower and 2 WCs complete the living area. There are individually adjustable electric heaters in all of the rooms. There is a large south-facing terrace that can be used as an additional 'living room' on sunny days. There is a utility area in the cellar with a washing machine and dryer. The house is on a 1500 m² fenced-in property with direct access to the beach.

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach perfekt! Wie waren nun schon einige Male im Haus am Atlantik und sind immer wieder begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und alle Fragen werden umgehend beantwortet. Auch dieses mal haben wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub im Haus am Atlantik verbracht.

Très bon et merveilleux séjour Plouescat

Vue sur la mer. Merveilleux couché de soleil, je m'endormais bercée par les vagues. Que du bonheur! La télé ne fonctionnait pas, mais qu’importe, le cadre était la Le seul hic la propriété n’est pas clôturée, mes chiens sont restés en laisse, Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances. Wunderschöne Lage: direkt am Meer

Ein sehr hübsches Haus und ein grosser Garten, die alles bieten und noch ein bisschen mehr (Cheminée, raffinierte und festinstallierte Gartenmöbel, direkter Meerzugang vom Garten in die Badebucht, wo sich Seelöwen suhlten!)

Un séjour de rêve

Le premier mot qui nous vient c'est Merci. Merci de partager cette maison avec nous Merci pour ce beau séjour en Bretagne. Merci aussi au soleil qui a été là durant toute la semaine, malgré quelques gros nuages et quelques grains, il était toujours là quand il fallait pour faire de superbes photos. La maison idéalement située, seule sur l'avancée de la dune, est simple mais très confortable, la literie est de très bonne qualité , tout est très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir à l'aise et pour passer un très bon séjour. Le jardin est très agréable aussi et puis ce petit portillon qui donne sur le paradis. le GR34 passe juste à côté et tout de suite après cette magnifique plage qui cette semaine passée semblait n"être là que pour nous. Nous avons croisé moins de 5 personnes sur cette plage pendant la semaine. L'offre touristique sur place est très intéressante, les gens ici son très sympathiques, très avenants et très serviables. Donc merci pour tout cela.... et on revient en juin

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage.Schon allein der Garten direkt am Meer ist einzigartig Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ist super ausgestattet, so das man den Urlaub von Anfang bis Ende genießen kann. Wir werden wenn möglich es gerne wiederholen.

Accueil parfait,gentillesse. Nous avons eu et trouvé ,ce que nous attendions de cette location ,alors que nous sommes bretons et connaissons parfaitement cette région . Bien que n ' étant que deux ,la maison correspondait exactement à nos besoins d ' espace ,autant à l 'intérieur ,qu ' à l ' exterieur . Je n ' exagère pas en disant que c ' est un "paradis". En plus , il a fait ( et fait)un temps merveilleux . Un grand merci à madame Le DUFF, mais aussi aux propriétaires de cette maison ,sans oublier l ' équipe de Abritel HomeAway .

A beautiful house on an amazing site overlooking the sea

This modern Breton home sits in a privileged position far out on a spit of land overlooking the sea. The huge tides are visible from the living room and bedroom and provide endless fascination. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, and despite a winter stay (of two weeks) we were warm and happy inside except when venturing out for amazing walks along a stunning rocky coast. The town of Plouescat is small but provides ample shopping a few restaurants. Larger, interesting towns such as Roskoff and Morlaix are nearby. The local hosts were wonderful, and the owners were helpful and welcoming. All in all, an ideal base for exploring Brittany.

Grandios und wunderbar !

Wenn man das Meer liebt und die immer frische, nach Salz und Honig duftende Luft,die endlosen immer anderen Strände und Dünen,sagenhafte Steinwelten, die Freiheit stundenlang einfach zu gehen und dann in ein gemütliches Haus zu kommen, muss man einfach hier hin. Man will nie wieder weg oder immer wieder hin.

Nicht so wie angekündigt!

Das Haus wird auf den Fotos dargestellt, als würde weit und breit kein zweites stehen, ist aber nicht so! Die Nachbaren stehen gleich nebenan. Der Titel: "Vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer auf's Meer sehen"? Na ja eine grosse Hecke steht dazwischen! Zum Haus: Ist an und für sich in Ordnung, wenn denn mal gereinigt war von uns! Man sieht, dass niemand dieses Haus unterhält, es wurde viel gebastelt und jemand der nicht etwas technisch bewandert ist, wird keine Freude haben, wenn er zuerst das Wasser aufdrehen muss, die Zeit Schaltuhr vom Boiler für's Warmwasser programmieren muss, den Stromschalter suchen und einstellen muss. Zu guter Letzt, der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht und dies seit längerer Zeit nicht! Der Seifentabs im Fächlein war bereits an gegammelt. Ich hab es dem Eigentümer sofort gemeldet, bekam eine Rückmeldung, dass er schon mal repariert wurde und mit einer Entschuldigung! Passiert ist dann aber gar nichts. Ehrlich gesagt ich hatte es auch nicht erwartet, dass etwas passieren würde. Die Ferien haben wir trotzdem genossen, weg vom großen Rummel am Mittelmeer. Die Natur ist allemal eine Reise wert, die Unterkunft allerdings würde ich kein zweites Mal buchen.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Tolle Lage viel Ruhe. Hier lässt sich der Alltagsstress vergessen. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts und man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Wir waren das erste Mal in der Bretagne, aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal

Haus in Traumlage!

Ein einfaches Haus in Traumlage mit ALLEM, was man braucht! Dazu ein grosses Terrain mit kleinem Gartentor zum Strand! Urlaubsgenuss pur! Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Endreinigung durch den jeweiligen Gast ist problematisch,wenn dieser zwar ein sauberes Haus vorfinden möchte, dies selber aber mehr als oberflächlich gereinigt verlässt! Q.e.d.! Dennoch: jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wunderschön

Wunderbarer Ort direkt an sehr schönem Sandstrand, direkt daneben ein noch schönerer sehr breiter und tiefer Sandstrand. Lädt ein zu langen Strandspaziergängen. Auch das kleine Örtchen Plouescat sehr herzig. Das Haus liess uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Sehr erholsam. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Super funktionierende Infrastruktur in Bad und Küche. Alles sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Guter Gesamteindruck

Ein idealer Ort für Ruhe- und Erholungsuchende mit traumhaften Ausblicken direkt von Garten aus. Zum Hauseindruck selbst können wir den Eindruck unserer Vorredner bestätigen: insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer und die Kissen der Couch haben wir direkt in ein freies ungenutztes Zimmer "verbannt". Die Sache mit "Reinigung erfolgt durch Mieter" ist der Grund, warum ein 2. Mal für uns nicht mehr in Frage kommt. Gleich bei der Ankunft mit einer benutzten Kaffeetasse in der Spüle, Fischgeruch und leeren Chipstüten "begrüßt" zu werden, ist dann doch nicht das, was wir uns vorstellen. Wer aber Lust auf "Sauberkeitsroulette" hat, findet landschaftlich ein schönes Fleckchen Erde.

TOLL Lage und Ausblick

Schöne Ausstattung speziell in der Küche und im Bad Dass jeder Gast selbst reinigt merkt man leidet an der Gesamtsaubertkeit... Etwas investieren in neue Matrazen Aussenbänke und etwas Farbe würde Wunder wirken...aber insgesamt einfach toller Platz und Aussicht das macht alles wett
