Welcome to Shoys Beach House, a spacious six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath beachfront villa located within the gated community of Shoys on St. Croix. Designed for families, couples, and groups traveling together, the home combines private bedroom suites, generous gathering spaces, a private pool, and direct access to the Caribbean Sea.

The heart of the property is its breezy central courtyard, where each of the five private bedroom suites opens onto a peaceful shared space. This thoughtful layout allows guests to enjoy time together while still having privacy and a comfortable retreat of their own.

Inside, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, generous counter space, an ice maker, and everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. Spacious living and dining areas provide plenty of room to gather, while large televisions throughout the home make it easy to unwind after a day in the sun.

Outdoor living is what makes Shoys Beach House truly special. Relax beside the private pool, soak in the hot tub, enjoy a meal on the expansive covered gallery, or walk through the backyard to the beach. The home also offers kayaks, cornhole, a flat-top grill, tropical landscaping, and multiple spaces for enjoying the sea breeze.

The main villa accommodates up to 10 guests. A separate one-bedroom cottage is also located on the property and may be added to the reservation for an additional nightly fee. The cottage is not automatically included, regardless of the number of guests entered when booking, and must be requested and paid for separately.

What a wonderful property. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, with access to Shoy's Beach. It was absolutely lovely. Very responsive property manager, very comfortable beds and rooms, very complete kitchen. Pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Overall, an excellent experience.

What a lovely property. If you want casual luxury on the beach, this is your place. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable en suite bedrooms. Pool and hot tub were excellent and were well maintained. Grill and Blackstone spotless. Excellent laundry room facilities. (Guard chicken and patrol kitty cat no upcharge. Just kidding. Chickens run free on the island and you just might find one who gives you free range eggs as she did for us.). Seriously, one of the most lovely places I’ve ever been. Glad for our family memories here.
