Biggest disappointment. Especially for VRBO. The pictures of the property seem to be strategically taken because they make the room look fun and inviting. Here’s my list of dissatisfactions: I didn’t have access even with my code. The property manager let me in manually because the timer was set for 6pm even though it was advertised as 4. I could hear my neighbors using the restroom. My fiance had to use the toilet sideways due to its proximity to the wall. There was no closet rod. There was nowhere to put items in the shower. The shower curtain was so short the water comes out on the floor. I had to use a chair as a side table by the bed. The bathroom mirror wasn’t connected to the wall, was sitting on the sink about 4’ high and I had to squat to do my makeup. I’m not usually one to complain, but it was just thing after thing after thing and I expected more from a property with good reviews. I’m guessing ownership has never slept a night in this space.
