About the host

I was a local Mainer for many years and had a small hobby farm at this location, where my four boys and I lived happily for three years. I've since married, and moved to a larger farm where my family thrives. We love to come visit our old starter place a couple times a year, and enjoy the ocean. We are a simple, down to earth, hard working farm family, who love kids and country living, and felt we could bless others by sharing the experience of our first farm house.

Why they chose this property

The property was very close to my work, extended family, and the ocean. It had room for small livestock and a large back yard. The street is quiet, and located conveniently close to a grocery and dollar store.

What makes this property unique

I love the rural setting with the convenance of a nearby town. At night, you can hear frogs peeping in the ponds, and in the morning the sun shines in the sunroom bright and cheery. My favorite part of the house is having coffee in the morning next to the animal mural. It allows me to always be on the farm, even inside.
