New Seabury, Mashpee, waterfront 2,500 sq ft home with deep water private dock. Water views from every room, four bedrooms three full baths, two half baths, designer furnishings. First floor has bedroom with full bath, kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath with laundry. Second floor has master bedroom & bath, and 3rd bedroom with two twin beds & full bath. Third floor has queen bed and 1/2 bath with dramatic views of Popponesset Bay. The house has 2 zone air conditioning and includes cable and WiFi.

Beautiful waterfront deck with conversation set and a private dock for fishing, swimming or your boat. Once on your boat, you have access to the ocean via Popponesset Bay. The dock will accommodate a 32 ft boat. Beach: The Spit is 9/10 mile. A vacation dream home.

Maximum number of guests is 8. No pets allowed.

This vacation rental location was perfect - walking distance to a lovely private beach.

This home offered a fantastic kitchen that was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for the family. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock when we returned from the beach and having drinks on the deck before dinner. The home is less than 7 minutest from Mashpee Commons which is a lovely shopping area that offered everything we needed. Look forward to renting here again in the future!

Didn't want to leave!

Our rental in Mashpee, MA was delightful and the perfect place for a group of women friends celebrating all their 65th birthdays during a weekend getaway. The house was peaceful & lovely. Beautifully furnished w/out feeling too formal or stuffy. And the view! Every room looks out on the cove...what more could you want. We were able to bring & easily use kayaks from the dock. Dave, the owner, was easy to work with & was prompt with any responses. Only suggestion would be a list of "what to bring" items in the "amenities" section of the listing. (laundry detergent, trash bags, food storage bags, paper napkins, etc.)We were able to pick up what we needed, but knowing ahead would have been helpful. We would definitely recommend this delightful home on Popponsett Cove & consider returning ourselves, as well!
