I feel scammed

The stairs are rotting and unsafe. The refrigerator leaks. The sink leaks. The bedding was not clean. The cabinets are barely handing on to the hinges. The silverware had actual chunks of food stuck on it. The plates had been out alway without being washed. I texted customer service about the condition and first they said it was scheduled for repairs and to come back next year to check it out. After that though they stopped responding. This is not the luxury cabin as described in the listing and should not be available to rent until it undergoes some major renovations and gets a better cleaning service.

Misrepresented

Pictures of listing are not current condition. In need of many repairs. Outside stairway railing broken and dangerous. Very dirty. Had to wash dishes and pots and pans and silverware before we could even use them. No pot holders. Had to go buy our own. Had to clean grill to use. Half the light bulbs in the whole place were burnt out. I have pictures to prove all of the above. Also, the pool is approximately 20 miles away. Very inconvenient. Don't recommend.
