Had a great time, we added an extra night which we could do over text . They even sent people out to help with a bee issue we had basically same day. Would love to stay with them again.

Overall the scenery was great the location was beautiful the only downside to the property was the steep driveway which wasn’t shown in the listing outside of the parking situation and the route up the mountain side it’s a great vacation spot.
The cabin setup was great for our fam. Our 3 kiddos comfortably took over the upstairs and we were able to sleep on the bottom. We enjoyed the hot tub after our long hikes. The customer service was also great, and the ladies were very kind and helpful. That being said, there are some updates needed (broken blinds, missing curtains, leaky faucets), and there were many bees taking over the outside of the cabin as well as what seemed to be termites both on the outside and inside as well. Assuming those issues are taken care of, I see it being a fine place for a family of 5 to stay.
Every thing was lovely I was just unprepared for the road up the mountain. Be aware if you are not experienced with mountain driving this was difficult for a flat lander like me. The driveway was very steep as well. Be sure to get there before dark when finding it for the first time too.
Perfect for our little family and dog, close to everything Gatlinburg/pigeon forge. Steep driveway so if you go on the winter just sometimes to think about. We enjoyed our stay.
We stayed for a week for our honeymoon, overall a beautiful place out in the woods very peaceful very clean. No issues getting there or checking in very smooth, drive way is steep but to be expected in the mountains. Great place to stay would stay again!
Sweet cabin tucked away in the smoky mountains! The cabin was beautiful with amenities we were looking for: pet friendly, hot tub, pool table and fireplace! Plumbing was outdated/ drippy faucets if not turned completely in the right direction and the downstairs bathroom had some draining issues, the sink/tub would drain but very slowly. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was quiet (except for at night when squirrels and acorns were all over the place).
Overall it was a very nice place to stay. There were some minor things that need repairing which we told them before we left. The placed seemed pretty clean. If you come make sure to bring your own hand soap, dish soap. We did see a bear walking down the street right in front of the property one morning. Which was pretty cool.
Peaceful mountain cabin with comforts of home. Loved the drives in and out of Sky Harbor. Saw bears several times and wild turkey. Abundant birds on the heavily wooded hillside. Walkedouryaroundaround the
Late Anniversary Celebration.
The keurig does not work and we were unable to locate any oven mitts.
Our stay was very nice and quiet other than those two small hiccups.
We enjoyed our mountain getaway. The cabin is located perfectly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge/Dollywood! If you plan to cook you need to bring your own supplies as the kitchen is minimally stocked. Very clean and pet friendly!
I feel that i should have been reimbursed some of my rental fee. The cabin was crawling with lady bugs and my kids were scared to go to sleep. All aunt bugs said was dprry ots that time of year. We was out of a hot tub for a night cause it wouldn't maintain temp. Half the light bulbs in the cabin were blew and the vanity door was broken in the master bath and the sink was clogged. Not a great experience.

Has potential.
The house itself is beautiful, and back in nature enough to have black bears occasionally roaming the neighborhood. Recommendations for renters, bring your own cookware if you prefer to cook for yourself, & bring a vehicle capable of climbing hills. Ran into some issues with a lack of communication from the property managers. They did not disclose that there would be construction 40 feet from the house, nor did they inform us that they were sending a repairman to the house during our stay. The construction should be completed within a couple months, but it would have been nice to know before we spent the money.
Nice cabin with all your basic needs. Comfortable beds clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great pictures and bear themes throughout. We saw a mama bear and two cubs 3 days and had one bear visit on our front porch who left quickly when we pulled in the drive. They were not aggressive. We did not feed them and had no problems. Also saw a huge turkey stroll past the cabin. The driveway is slanted and an SUV would be well suited for this cabin. They are building another cabin next door that will make this cabin less private.

Disappointed
The cabin itself is beautiful.clean inside, but outside needed cleaned up.trash around the place, probably from the home and pool construction next door.
Really wanted silence ,the feel of being in woods.
What I got while trying to sun on back porch, was some contractor showing up and starts sawing on concrete ...
Mean, I just paid 800.00, for a tranquil place
I was down right outraged. 2 days of working next to me. What the heck. I might as well stayed home. I wasn't comfortable going in the spa , talking ,Mexicans talking.
Great disappointment.
I don't get to go on vacation very often. Last three years been saving , for construction next door. They have the road full of garbage, concrete bags , plastic. Not very tranquil.
Oh back porch with spa had hanging electric cover and broken light, glass is gone .
Not what I was expecting.
We’re not able to check in on time due to “cleaning”. The toilets were not cleaned in a long time, they had a ring around the bowl. The blinds in every room were broken. The microwave handle was broken off, the TV, radio in the billiard room didn’t work. The felt on the pool table was a mess and only one stick was fit to use and one of the bar stools were broken. Difficult driveway to get in and out of.
Saw a bear as soon as we pulled in! Lots of owls and other wildlife to enjoy. Driveway is a little scary to look at, but managable. The cabin had all the necessary items needed to rough it in style. Some of them could use updated, but still functioned just fine. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids.
