Alyssa the project manager was simply amazing!!! She made the place absolutely wonderful in preparation for Valentine's and when I forgot my shirts, she was so nice about shipping them to me. She is a true gem and made this stay unforgettable.
The host was very welcoming and quick to answer any questions. The cabin was exactly as pictured and the living room windows provided a beautiful view.
Overall very nice cabin. Great location. Comfortable. I wish the cabin came with acess to the pool on the property. It was a good drive down the mountain to the community pool that was not as nice. The hot tub was very nice.
Was nice. Property manager was upfront with a couple issues and there were people trying to fix things we didn’t even complain about. Was a nice place and is a very pleasant setting.
Rooms were clean great cabin only problems were the hot tub went out the day we got there and couldn’t be used the whole time. This was the main reason I picked this cabin it was for my wife b day and she wanted a hot tub biggest disappointment and the tv didn’t work up stairs. It needed new batteries but didn’t know this till after we had checked out.
Our stay was great. The cabin was amazing, clean, and the views were beautiful. The only complaint I have is that one of the dining rooms chairs had a previously repaired leg that unfortunately broke while I was sitting in it but other than that, it was a perfect getaway spot. And our two fur babies also enjoyed themselves. 10/10 would recommend.
This was a trip I booked as a retirement gift for one of my employees. I did ask for feedback and he informed me the cabin was very nice with great views. It was a hike to the cabin which was expected but said it would have been helpful to know there would be no dish soap or dish towels - they did have 2 for dishwasher so that was helpful - the pullout couch must have been put away before the sheets were changed and unmade? the dumpster outside was full so they felt bad when they tried to push it inside - they left some inside the house in fear animals would get to it -they really didn't want to leave it inside but they felt they had no choice - they wish they would have known before coming they would need to purchase Toilet paper - there was a roll on the roll but nothing extra - this is just feedback that I would want to know if I had guests - but this was from my retired employee not my experience personally

Thank you for your review, Sherry. Due to the holiday weekend and when your check-in / check-out was, our local convenience centers were closed so we apologize that the trash was not able to be picked up. We do not have anywhere to store excessive trash during these times that are not exposed to the elements and bear activity so it has to be picked up when the centers are open. There is a dispenser with dish soap, a dish towel, and a sponge and/or dishrag left at each cabin along with two dishwasher pods for the guests use. These are left on the side of the kitchen sink or underneath the sink and the dish towel is hung on the stove. We also leave a starter roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, however it is stated in the listing that these are just to get you started. We used to leave extra toilet paper and paper towels but these were often getting taken by guests upon their departure so we do not furnish an excess supply any more. We do hope otherwise you had a fantastic stay with us and we would be happy to host you again in the future.

My husband and I fell in love with Smokies when we came to visit the first time with my 3 boys and parents. Majestic Vista gives me the getaway I need from my daily routine and still have my kids with me. Me and JD love traveling and vacationing. It might be staying at 5 stars hotels, exploring another country, bag packing adventure trip, or glamping we done it. Smokies is my all time favorite destination because of the smoky mountains and bears in the wilderness. Hiking and relaxing in the hot tub with glass of wine is my favorite thing to do when I am there. Majestic Vista can have my kids under one roof with me and we still have a nice blend of romantic getaway, outdoor activities, relaxation.
The highest compliment you can give Majestic Vista, is come visit us again or refer your friend. We would be DELIGHTED!
