One medium size dog (no cats please) is welcome. Extra fee of $95 (plus tax) will be charged per pet. We do ask that pets be crated if left alone in the cabin. Please ask us for our pet policy. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this home.

Water supply is solely from a private well. It's safe to drink but we suggest bringing bottled water. Please be aware that during certain, unspecific times of the year, the well can yield less water than normal, and we ask guests to practice water conservation to avoid loss of water. Furthermore, the hot tub is the most detrimental to water usage and may not be available during certain periods and availability of this amenity cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, please book accordingly as no refunds will be provided.

High Up
Up sides: Great view, plenty of room to sleep 8, nice interior, clean, loved having the pool table, loved the hot tub, nice beds and great family room with comfortable furniture / big table. Down sides: Water smells (would be better if softened), stackable washer/dryer small, drive to get to the cabin safe but not for the faint of heart, and getting anywhere is a 15-45 minute drive. Overall great choice

Great place great view
I had a wonderful time for my first time in the mountains. The place is better in person. The host responded very quickly and was very helpful. I had no problem on my weekend get away. I was kind of upset I had ticket to attractions because I wanted to just stay on the balcony.

WARNING—avoid renting with this host
The hosts of this cabin are the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered. The email directions had two different addresses. We did not get the 2br cabin we rented, instead they put us in a 1bd ran down dump. The upstairs toilet was shut off due to a leak that the owners were already aware, the dryers electrical panel was open with exposed wiring and the bedding smelt moldy. The cabin was dirty and very worn out. The owners clearly do not maintain the property to any reasonable standard. Avoid this property management, they WILL NOT address any issues with their properties. I will be posting on Yelp and Travel Advisor that allows me to include pictures

Enjoyable
The view is incredible. Loved the 3 levels. Jacuzzi did not work. Hot tub was great. Foosball table had many broken pieces. Only one trash can was in the bear-proof cage. Grill needs to be updated. Loved the area! A lot more to do that what was expected. Loved that there were Roku sticks in all the tvs! We will be back.

My husband and I fell in love with Smokies when we came to visit the first time with my 3 boys and parents. Majestic Vista gives me the getaway I need from my daily routine and still have my kids with me. Me and JD love traveling and vacationing. It might be staying at 5 stars hotels, exploring another country, bag packing adventure trip, or glamping we done it. Smokies is my all time favorite destination because of the smoky mountains and bears in the wilderness. Hiking and relaxing in the hot tub with glass of wine is my favorite thing to do when I am there. Majestic Vista can have my kids under one roof with me and we still have a nice blend of romantic getaway, outdoor activities, relaxation.

The highest compliment you can give Majestic Vista, is come visit us again or refer your friend. We would be DELIGHTED!
