TN mini vacation

Wonderful short stay in TN. We booked this as a last minute extension to a vacation in Georgia as we wanted to enjoy the National Park before ending our travels. Beautiful and clean cabin. Great stay for hikers that need some R&R after a long hike. Owners were quick to respond when we had difficulty logging into wifi due to a typo in the wifi password. Roads to are narrow but the drive is beauitful.

Good location and peaceful

Pleasantly surprised with the location. It allows you to take the back roads into Pigeon Forge which was nice. Plenty of room and nicely decorated. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. You don’t see other cabins from this cabin but they are on the same road so it was very peaceful. Loved that it was pet friendly!

Everything was good with the exception of having NO washer & dryer! How could you have a long day with no option to wash clothes or dry towels?

Pleasant stay

A chalet-type design with a beautiful all-wood interior was perfect for the cabin’s hillside setting. The back porch was right at the trees, making you feel right at home in the Smokey Mountains - the night sounds of nature was a huge plus. We never used the hot tub, but it was up and running when we arrived. The cabin was clean, and the decor accented the rustic bear theme. The price was very competitive for a beautiful cabin - it would be tough to get these amenities at this price in a motel. It was money well spent!

Short week stay

The cabin was beautiful. We loved the fireplace. If it had been warmer (and we were better prepared) we would have sat on the balcony and enjoyed our coffee in the mornings. We brought our large dog with us and he loved running about. The views were great!

Mama bear Cabin was very welcoming, clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5 with 2 pups. Comfy beds and plenty of extra linens. Location was great and easy access. A peaceful and private retreat!

Thanksgiving

Thought there was going to be a set of bunk beds and there wasn’t. Had to use air mattress instead but that was just fine. Hot tub worked and was HOT!! That was especially enjoyable after a long cold day at Dollywood. Cute cabin, very clean, beautiful location

Very lovely Log Cabin, comfortable and Spacious with everything you need to have a great vacation.

I don’t give it a five because the bedrooms had a funky smell due to small sea rugs which were not clean.

We loved the cabin and my husband especially loved the back porch. He went out with coffee every and watched squirrels in the trees next to the porch. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Mama Bear Cabin was so beautiful and so peaceful. The property was fully stocked with linens and toiletry items. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. We loved the checkers table and all the windows. The mountain top was breathtaking. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Had an excellent view without the scary severe uphill roads to get there! Nice private back deck and a quiet location to enjoy a campfire. Also had a great driveway which was nice instead of just enough space out front for two cars off the side of the road where you are constantly having to worry about getting side swiped. Will likely be back for another stay!

Cabin was ok. In desperate need of maintenance. Door knobs didn’t work, doors didn’t stay closed, kitchen was poorly furnished. I expected more for the price paid.

Cozy little cabin

Comfortable cabin without a lot of frills but had everything you might need. Clean and very tastefully decorated. The inside was is adorable. The outside needed a little TLC. It had a good view with lots of windows to let in natural light. The Beds were cozy. It is Perfect for a small family or two couples. It’s Peaceful location but did we did feel like we drove a good distance to most things due to curvy narrow roads, but would I would recommend renting this home.

Secluded treehouse cabin

This is what we called it. Tucked away in the trees. Very private and comfortable. Easy check in/out process. The only thing we would have liked is a better kitchen set up. Limited items. Otherwise it was nice. Would recommend.

Mountain Cabin

Inside of cabin was really nice and well maintained, comfortable & clean. Kitchen needs some additional items: more than 1 dish towel (we bought & left one), silverware basket for dishwasher (had to hand wash utensils), pot holders & hot pads to protect countertops. Outside front of cabin needs maintenance; would have been nice if grass was mowed & not so overgrown esp. to enjoy fire pit.
