Large ground floor home with large rooms, 180 square metres of living area and 425 square metres of private outdoor area in Marsalforn, Gozo. Own entrance and large private swimming pool and garden. This is not just an ordinary rental home, it was built and furbished with love and care by Derek and his wife Marian and has been enjoyed by the Fenech family as a holiday home for the past 36 years. It is located minutes walk from the sea and the largest tourist residential area in Gozo with beaches, dive centres, restaurants, bars, cafes & shops.

We had a wonderful family holiday here. This is one of the few houses in Marsalforn with its own private pool, which made it extra special. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful – created with love and care over the years by Derek and his lovely wife. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy our time together. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in Marsalforn / Gozo

We had an excellent stay: a real oasis of tranquility in Marsalforn with the private pool,the wonderful garden and free views. But also very close to the bay of Marsalforn with its restaurants. The house was lovely and spacious. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and excellent wifi and smart tv. And the family Fenech are excellent hosts and very quick in reponding.

Nice house, beautiful swimmingpool and good location

We enjoyed staying in the house in Marsalforn. The house has a fabulous pool and many cosy corners and terrasses to sit on. The house is not new but it's clean. The only thing that bothered us, was the quality of the beds. The mattrasses really needs to be replaced. In General, we can really recommend this house for the holydays.

The apartment was just lovely - and the outside was particularly fab! The pool was great and the gardens were wonderful - lots of nice shady areas to sit and read, as well as large sunny areas all around the pool. Just perfect!
