You’ll find all of that here at Casa Zephyr. Almost 2,200sf, this house has been modernized to fit your travel needs. It’s a smart house. It’s open and spacious. It’s ideal for large groups. And it backs up to green space and park.

Casa Zephyr can accommodate up to 14 folks. Large master down with en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms upstairs with a 2nd LR & bathtub shower. Main floor also includes separate powder room and laundry room with W/D. Sunken/Step down main living room (watch your step upon entry) & floor to ceiling windows will brighten your mood immediately.

HOUSE RULES
- quiet hours are from 9pm - 9am
- no shoes inside the house
- no pets allowed; however, we do have recommendations for boarding services should you need them - some offer discounts on our behalf
- no smoking inside the home, only in the rear yard please; get rid of your cigarettes responsibly; $300 fine if smoke smell is found inside the home
- no parties or events permitted
- extra guests must be registered PRIOR to check in; unregistered guests or visitors incur a fee of $150/visitor - no exceptions
- cleaning fee does not cover taking out your trash or picking up after yourselves; if the house is not found in the similar condition that you had checked in, then you are responsible for additional cleaning fees charged by our cleaner. Please be respectful and considerate of this house. The nominal cleaning fee charged to you doesn't cover messes. There are paper and kitchen towels with cleaning products for you to pick up after yourselves. Thank you.
- do not use the fireplace --- it is off limits for safety reasons. $500 fee if is found to be used

- positive government ID required prior to check-in for all guests (feel free to text them to me)
- refer to House Manual at house (please read upon arrival)
- early check in or check out requires prior approval to booking; early or late check out incurs a fee of $75/hour

Please use common sense and be considerate of the space provided for you to enjoy. Any reports from our neighbors of loud noise will automatically get you evicted from the house. This is a residential neighborhood so please keep that in mind. Parties and events are not permitted. We do not tolerate rude or disrespectful guests. Please enjoy the house and give us any feedback on anything. This is our livelihood and we enjoy providing a clean, safe and comfortable space for you!

City playground outside of the backyard was great for the kids. Location was centralized to all of the activities we had planned for the three days stay. I would suggest updating your photos, since most of them do not match the current home condition. Also, if you are going to require no shoes in the home then supply a bench or something for the guest to take off their shoes and to put them back on.

Pros: Great location, convenient playground behind house, good communication.Cons: Home is in disrepair cosmetically and mechanically - images do not match current appearance. Kids found hair on their bed upon arrival. Living room is sunken and can be a fall hazard - 2 out of 3 locations are marked with yellow caution tape, but we still had a couple of falls - should be aware for older tenants. Not enough towels or pillows or sheets provided to utilize the sleeper sofas. Check-out sheet asks you to do dishes (dishwasher was not working) and mop (no mop provided).To be aware: Bed linens are washed in heavily scented detergent. Welcome sheet at the property lists a lot of rules and steeper than normal fines. Master shower temperature is not limited to non-scalding heat (and is plumbed backwards).

The host was VERY responsive, always available to help to answer any questions, and very kind. The lower rating is not from the EXCELLENT customer service, it is from the property. The photos should really be updated to reflect the current condition of the house. I love the small touches that greeted us (cute folding of the toilet tissue, towels/wash cloth, paper towels, etc.) There were several renovations to the home (kitchen, flooring, downstairs bathroom, etc). The problems were:1. Master bathtub/shower had stains, mold, and two cracks on the glass walls2. Back door didn’t lock, but the exterior screen in porch locked3. Coach needs to be cleaned4. No curtains or blinds in the back of the house5. Front curtains did not cover the entire windows and wish the material was thicker6. Light bulb out in refrigerator.

The price was great and the place was very clean. We enjoyed the screened in porch. There were 9 adults in our party and enough beds for all of us, however the futon downstairs was not comfortable. Bonnie was very responsive to our every need. She solved our issues very quickly.The sunken living room was hazardous. It would be helpful if there was tape or something to indícate the step down. The shower upstairs was very slick and both bathrooms could use towel bars and hooks. I would not recommend this house for anyone with balance issues or the elderly.

Would not stay here again. Cleanliness, pests, smell were the main drawbacks. There was not a functional deadlock on the rear of the home. We underestimated the amount of steps on the main level (living room, kitchen, master bed and bath), sobe advised if you have anyone with mobility challenges.

Needed more towels available. We rented this home because it fit a lot of people needed blankets and towels to accommodate a lot of people. No place for garbage again lot of people lots of garbage. But otherwise it was fine.

Some pros and cons with this place. Pros - big and roomy. Lots of room for us to spread out. Location good - 5 min to Woodbine Mansion where we attending wedding. Host responsive. Nice kitchen. Coffee stocked. Great price. Quiet neighborhood. Cons - pictures old. Place a little dinged up; chair marks on walls; gouges in laminate flooring; lots of weeds growing through rocks in back yard. Master bed mattress pretty old but I slept just fine. Very nice host; accommodated our request for a later checkout.

Why they chose this property

Attention to detail is given to the properties that I manage and/or own. Casa Zephyr is no exception. She boasts 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with master and en-suite on the main floor. There is also a 3 season sunroom and large deck to entertain or chill.

It's the little things that count. You'll find two large trees providing shade throughout the day. If you're ever in Texas, shade can be your best friend. There is also a park with walking trails and green space directly behind the house. You have access to it from the rear yard. Then there are all the local amenities that are 2-10 minutes drive. Some are in walking distance.

The house has an open floor plan. You have line of site from the living room to the kitchen, dining room, sunroom and upstairs living room. It's large windows in the living room let in a lot of natural light. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a separate living room and full bath.

The yard has ample space for fun and games. There is a gas grill too for your enjoyment. The large maple tree provides lots of shade in the afternoon. You can even move your party to the picnic pavilion at the park should you want. Kids playground is there. Just down the trail is the sand volleyball court.

Lastly, this house is a smart home. There are no worries with losing keys as it's all keyless entry. Lights can autodim. Thermostat can be programmed for your comfort. Front door locks automatically should you forget. The list goes on.

Come enjoy this beautifully updated and modern home. You will have everything you need to relax. And the location is superb.

LOCATION. The house is ideally situated in a residential neighborhood with walking trails and green space. Sidewalks surround the area so very easy to get around. Stores, restaurants, shops, event venues, water parks are either a short walk away or 2-10 minute drive. It's very easy and quick to access all of the major highways from the house.

ACCESS. You are only 20-25 minutes to downtown Austin, 5 minutes to old center Round Rock, 10 minutes to Dell Diamond, 15 minutes to Cedar Park, 7 minutes to Pflugerville and less then 30 minutes to the airport.

THOUGHTFUL AMENITIES. You can expect a boutique hotel-like experience while staying at Casa Zephyr. We use high quality products to support your stay. For instance, we invest in hotel quality mattresses for a restful night's sleep. The sunroom is a wonderful place to start or end the day too. The views to the park are beautiful. There are over 200 DVD movies for you to choose from along with Netflix, Sling TV and Amazon Prime. We have an Xbox One S console with half a dozen games for all ages. Cards, board games, cards, etc are there for your entertainment too. Come and enjoy it all!
