Great location for walking to hiking spots, shops, cafes, and coffee spots. Def a quaint space but served its purpose for a place to crash after days of adventuring.
Overall a pleasant stay. We were allowed to check in early which was nice. Very loud above guests were a bummer

I’m glad the early check-in was helpful. I’m sorry the noise from the upstairs guests affected your stay, and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. I’ll reinforce my quiet-hours reminders with future guests.
Great location and felt well taken care of and clean. Had all the commodities you will need. Parking on premises and walking distance to all the hot spots down in town. Loved it and will definitely be back to enjoy more time there. Thank you for the hospitality.

Amazing location and responsive host. Was a little hot at night and there were a decent amount of spiders, but the potential for bugs was included on the listing. Parking was a bit confusing, but everything worked out fine. Very cozy and cute on the inside!
We had a wonderful stay: The place was adorable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was cozy, well-maintained, and in a great location for exploring Harper’s Ferry. We’re staying here again in a couple months!

The stay at the cozy basement cottage was wonderful! The location was amazing, a short walk to lower town Harpers Ferry. A wonderful coffee shop next door, and a clean and well-kept space. My son and I had a great time!

The place was perfect for our needs, air conditioning worked well because it was so hot out. It wasn’t a far walk from the restaurants. Definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the lovely review! I’m glad the house worked well for your stay and that you were comfortable despite the heat. Thanks again for choosing our place!
Great location and very walkable to lower town. Parking was right outside of the unit which made it easy to load and unload all our belongings. Unit was very well appointed and had everything needed for a good stay.
Only a quick overnight stay on a bikepacking trip. Perfect little bolthole for an overnight or short stay in Harpers Ferry, suitable for single, couple or flexible enough space even for a small family. Communication with Raisa was very straightforward and smooth.
Location is fantastic! Parking was hard to identify from the street but was easy to correct once we found the white lines. Great place to use as a base camp for exploring the local trails without actually camping.
It was an okay stay. It was wonderful to be walking distance to the downtown area however I felt like the room could’ve been a lot cleaner especially for what we paid for the place. Our bedsheets didn’t even seem like they had been washed because there was a lot of hair from a previous dog on them and we the place didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in a long while. We had quite a few bugs that were found in our room and a lot of dust. Also, the parking situation was extremely tricky because there’s barely enough room to have two vehicles in the driveway.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the stay did not meet your expectations. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned between every reservation, and all of our bed linens are sent to a local professional laundry service here in town, where they are washed, dried, and folded between guests. For that reason, I was particularly surprised by the suggestion that the sheets had not been washed.
The property is pet-friendly, and while we make every effort to remove all pet hair during cleaning, occasionally a stray hair may unfortunately be missed. We will certainly bring your comments regarding dust and cleanliness to the attention of our cleaning team.
