Beautiful Ski Chalet for rental in La Parva Resort

Beautiful rental home and ski lodge, only one hour drive from Santiago.

Enjoy a relaxed and full comfort stay in a traditional ski lodge, located in La Parva Ski Resort, only 20 meters from the main ski lift, rental facilities and restaurant area.
It has approximately 100 square meters and a large terrace which offer a superb panoramic view of Santiago.

The landlords use the bottom apartment to assist hosts during the ski season and the chalet is available for rental during the rest of the year also.

Other attractions to visit in the surrounding area: You can access on skis from La Parva the other ski resorts: El Colorado and Valle Nevado. Or you can drive to El Colorado and Farellones (in 10 minutes) or Valle Nevado (the third linked valley / resort in the area) a 40 minute drive.

Helli ski services are available from La Parva and Valle Nevado for expert skiers.
During summer time you can enjoy the extreme bike park in La Parva, and go trekking or horse riding also.

Rented to Someone Else

The host did not respond to my communications and then rented the house to someone else without telling me until the day that we were supposed to check in, leaving us in Chile with no place to stay.

Unreal La Pravda sunsets!

The town of La Parva is cute but not much to do. There’s 2 restaurants. An amazing small quaint Fondue spot where you can get to know the owner and staff, which I did! There is no washer n dryer in the unit and the staff at La Marmita let me use the resturants washer/dryer!!! The other restaurant was bigger with a more traditional menu and outdoor seating. If you go, you must bring food from the grocery store to cook from Santiago. The road up/down from Santiago is about 100 switchbacks. Very steep. It took us almost 2 hours to get there and only 1 hour to get down. The actual apt is very well equipped for cooking, but I didn’t bring enough food from Santiago to cook meals! There is a super small convenience store by the lift ticket window that you can get eggs/potato/bread/veggies and snacks. Very basic stuff. It’s the size of a bathroom. The skiing was MAGNIFIENCT!!! The apt is 100 steps from the La Parva ski school however my kids wanted to ski at Valle Nevado only. So we had to drive them 30 min each morning to that mountain. There’s El Colorado 15 min. Fallceones 10 min away. La parva outside your door!!! Great place with a great deck. AMAZING VIEWS!

Snow skiing has been part of our family life for generations. We have been coming to La Parva Ski Resort since 1962. This property is a comfortable traditional family oriented ski lodge.

What makes this property unique

I am absolutely certain you will have a very pleasant stay during your visit and enjoy great skiing days. The chalet has an amazing view to Santiago is very comfortable and the sunsets are exceptional.
