Guests will have full access to the home and yard, except for the garage and a couple of housekeeping/owner's closets.

Inside Charming Retreat, you'll find space to spread out and relax across two comfortable levels.

Upstairs, the home offers four bedrooms, including a king suite with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub/shower combo. The remaining bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower, perfect for families or groups.

Downstairs, unwind in the spacious living room, complete with a huge, cozy sectional and a sunny reading nook — the ideal spot for your morning coffee or a good book. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and convenient half bath are also on the main floor, along with a laundry room for longer stays.

Step outside to enjoy the backyard patio, furnished with comfy lounge seating and a large umbrella for shade — a perfect place to relax after a day at the ballfield or exploring town.

This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with close neighbors who value peace and privacy. Out of respect for the community, we strictly enforce a maximum of 2 vehicles and ask that guests keep noise to a minimum at all times—especially outdoors and during evenings.

No parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. This home is best suited for guests looking for a calm and relaxing stay.
