Galveston Seazatt View Condo is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath oceanfront condo located at By The Sea Condominiums on popular Seawall Boulevard. Walk across the street for direct Babe’s Beach access.

The unobstructed ocean view from the 8th-floor, 24-foot balcony is breathtaking. Relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise. Take a stroll on Seawall Boulevard and look for dolphins, seagulls, and shrimp boats.

We offer a complimentary umbrella & 2 beach chairs rental per day during your stay. This service is valid from April 8th to September 17th. This is a $40 value per day. We also provide a wagon, 2 beach chairs, and a 22-can, compact cooler with wheels to make your beach experience easier.

Your jaws will drop as soon as you walk through the doors of our beautifully decorated beachfront condo. Open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to blue skies, sandy beaches, and the gulf breeze; dream of your evenings relaxing on the 24-foot balcony with your beverage of choice.

Decorated in soft, beachy colors with a seahorse theme, the beachfront condo creates a sense of calm, perfect for relaxing after long days on the beach, strolling along the famous Seawall Boulevard, hanging out by the amazing resort pool, or adventuring out around Galveston Island.

The incredible views of the beach from the kitchen, living area, and south bedroom are startling with huge 11-ft tall sliding glass doors leading to your private oasis on the balcony. Spend your mornings worry-free as you sip on a cup of hot coffee listening to the waves crash against the Seawall while you watch another spectacular sunrise.

Your family or friends will enjoy the spaciousness of the 950 sq. feet condo. The living and dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom all have direct beachfront views.

The condo complex is perfect for small families or couples with shared amenities. The complex is family-friendly offering a shared pool, shared propane grills, a shared, shaded gazebo area, a tennis court, and a shared laundry facility.

The amazing pool area has plenty of seating and propane grills are located underneath a gazebo to shade you from the hot summer sun. The front desk is manned 24/7 by friendly staff. There are two interior elevators and plenty of parking on the north and south sides of the building. A parking pass is required. A pass is $35 plus tax per vehicle.

The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend trip! We loved the balcony and the netting provides peace of mind with a toddler. Cat communicated every detail perfectly for the entire trip so there was zero stress for us. If we visit Galveston again, we will 100% book this again!

As a career military family, we experienced the transient lifestyle of frequent relocations alongside our four children, navigating new schools and friendships with each move.
Yet, after 25 years of service, the decision to settle permanently on Galveston Island was a natural one. We were drawn to the island's beachside allure and laid-back lifestyle.
Our transition to island life saw us extending our hospitality beyond our primary residence. Building on our successful vacation condo rentals in Gulf Shores, Alabama, we ventured into investing in three properties on Galveston Island.
With Jack's retirement from a 15-year tenure as a Southwest Airlines pilot, our focus shifted toward nurturing these rental ventures. As our children have grown and pursued their paths off the island, our condos have become our new "children," sources of pride and dedication.

Welcoming guests to our condos has become a passion for Cat, a natural hostess who delights in offering recommendations and ensuring memorable experiences. She enjoys decorating the condos with coastal-themed decor and vibrant colors, creating a beachy ambiance that our guests enjoy.
