CHECKING OUT
Before you head out, here’s a quick checklist to help wrap things up:
-Feel free to leave the dishes in the dishwasher
-Towels can go on the bathroom floor
-No need to make the beds — just leave them unmade
-Please take out the trash
-Turn off any lights, appliances, and electronics
-Make sure all doors and windows are closed
-Return the key to the lockbox, in the same spot where you found it
-And do a quick double-check to make sure you’re not leaving anything behind.
Guest access
You will be enjoy exclusive access to the whole property and enjoy the fantastic sunsets without being far from the city.
Other things to note
Just a few things to keep in mind during your stay:
-There are horses, goats, and a few other animals living on the ranch — they're part of the place, but not part of the rental.
You’re more than welcome to watch them from a safe distance, but for everyone’s safety (theirs and yours), we ask that guests don’t touch, feed, ride, or handle them.
-The house runs on well water & septic system, which is great for showers and daily use - NOT for cooking. For drinking & cooking, we’ll have fresh, potable water ready for you — and you’ll always have access to what you need during your stay.
-To get to the house, you’ll drive slowly through the ranch and over a small bridge. Don’t worry — we’ll send you clear directions before you arrive.
-We’re out in nature, so bugs and pests are part of the experience. While they don’t usually live inside the house, they can sneak in if a door or window is left open — so we recommend keeping everything closed to avoid any uninvited guests.
-Outside, feel free to explore — just do so with care. The terrain includes hills, rocks, trees, and uneven spots. It’s also home to some of nature’s residents like snakes, spiders, deer, and coyotes; including our animals. So please be cautious, especially if you’re walking around.
-We can’t control the weather or wildlife, so extra care is always a good idea. Kids should be supervised at all times while on the property.

As a host, I genuinely enjoy welcoming people from all over. It’s a joy to share this little corner of the world with others. I’m into the outdoors, nature, and spending time with family — and hosting gives me the chance to help others feel at home, relax, and hopefully take home some great memories.
Why they chose this property
I picked this neighborhood because it just feels right — quiet, safe, and surrounded by nature. It’s the kind of place where you can breathe a little deeper and slow down a bit. You’re close to all kinds of outdoor adventures, but still just a short drive from shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need.
I love the calm here, and I think guests will really appreciate how peaceful it is.
