this was a wonderful place which was clean, the owner, DR. Z, even though she was away when we checked in, was wonderful in communicating with us.The place was spotless, with everything you could need. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in LBI with our three kids and this home was perfect! It is situated on the beach, just steps from the ocean. We stayed on the first floor and it had everything we needed. The home was clean and well kept, and just a short drive to all the stores and Fantasy Island. Dr. Z. was so accommodating and messaged us to make sure our stay was going well. We loved the home and will definitely be back again! Thank you! :)

GREAT location and set up

Couldn't ask for a better location or communication with the host. Sand is of course hard to keep out of a beach front property, but all of the other aspects of the house made up for it. I would stay again and would recommend for anyone & their family.

Great rental !

Perfect location in Beach Haven. Very close to Bay Village and we were able to bike everywhere! House is right on the beach and very spacious. Owner was very responsive and helpful and provided us with a ton of information about the house, amenities and surrounding area, before our stay.

Absolutely perfect beach stay

Perfect location within walking distance of Fantasy Island, Bay Village and tons of restaurants and shops. House was well maintained and super well appointed. Communication with the host was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay here for a casual beach vacation. I can’t wait to come back!

This Beach house had everything we needed. Bright inside, steps to Beach, and the air conditioner worked amazingly. Host was amazing so accommodating. Thanks from our family of 4. 2 older teen children had a great time as well as my wife and I.

A magical weekend with a perfect location and host! Our children loved walking to the beach steps outside the door and to Fantasy Island blocks away! The house has all that you can need and more and the owners were so wonderful and accommodating. We hope to come back for years to come!

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but upon arriving after 3pm, the cleaning crew was still in the house so we had to wait for them to finish.The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the decor is outdated. The patio furniture was rusty and there was a screen that was off the window on the deck. The parking is terrible.The location is great though.

Loved it so much I cried when leaving!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing, I literally cried when leaving on the last day because of how much I enjoyed our time lol. Every single morning I woke up, walked down the driveway and up onto the beach to see the sunset. I was able to get there in 2 minutes if that. Being that close to the beach really makes such a difference when walking there on a hot day, so we made sure to take advantage of it every single day. Even on days we wanted to see the sunset on the bay, you just hop on your bike (bike rental place is only 2 blocks away!) and ride right down the street and boom there’s the sunset! Every single day I rode my bike about 5-8 minutes to Guapo’s Coffee and bay village. It truly was in the absolute best spot EVER and I cannot cannot wait to come back. Dr. Z was also the most charming helpful and understanding host EVER and I can’t wait to have her be my host again.

Beach haven oceanfront

The host was extremely responsive (missing beach badge resolved immediately) and the check in via lock box is so easy! The place itself is very clean but does have carpeting throughout. The walkability score is 100 if you want to bike/walk to restaurants and shops. The listing itself is a bit inaccurate- certainly no chaise lounges on the deck- plastic chairs that my husband who is 6’4 couldn’t sit in without the chair giving out and there is a shared outdoor shower, no whirlpool tub (just a normal tub/shower), the master bath is a half bath, and there is shared parking. The owner did let us know about the shared parking shortly before we came a few months after booking. Street parking is easy to find on the same street so we just did that for the week without any issues. The beach in this area is not crowded at all and a really nice beach.

Our family had an incredible stay at Dr Z's property. The property was exactly as described and the location was incredible (just steps from the beach). We took our family of 5 (three kids age 6 or younger) and had a spectacular week in LBI.In addition to being close to the beach, the Beach Haven location is super close to Fantasy Island, lots of shops, great bagel places (Jack's) coffee shops (Whittingham's) and so much more.Would 10/10 recommend this location, and will be staying here again for our next trip to LBI!

We had an incredible stay. The home was fantastic - clean, well appointed, excellent view and close proximity to the beach. We really lucked out and had wonderful weather.
