This is a basement suite in a duplex building. Brand new property with its own bathroom and kitchen. Fully furnished with its own queen size bed, dinning table, sofa, dresser, TV, and coffee table. Bring you own food to cook.

Due to the building's strata structure, we have one neighbour. They are local and very friendly. Please respect their privacy and do not disturb them. If you happen to meet them simply say hi.

This is a spacious four bedroom , three bathroom ground level suite with parking with approximately 1200 square footage located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Ideally for travellers, exchange students, business trips, family trips etc. This space is 100% above ground, and has abundant sunlight.
What makes this property unique
We have four rooms with three double beds and one single bed. Three bathrooms and each has toilet and showers. Washer and dryer in suite, plus fast wireless internet installed, and a full kitchen. You will have access to the backyard and one parking spot. Each bathroom/bedroom has its own window.
