With a new indoor decoration, whith a new beds, new sofa and fully refurbished furniture, Ca'n Bou Petit is just located 4km from Puerto Pollença, 6 km from Cala San Vicente and 2 km from Pollença town. There are some sights to visit. In the north there is a nice town with beaches with white sands to visit and swim. In Pollença is a golf course a 4 km and another a 12 km. If you prefer nautical sports, in Puerto Pollença is a sailing school and boats and sailing for rent. There are also excursions exploring the beautiful beaches and coves of de area. These tours are recommended. If you want to diving, there are few diving centre. Both Pollença town, Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente, there are very good restaurants to eat, so fresh fish of de bay or grilled meat to. The owners are happy to recommended some if they wish. The owners speak English (a little). At 50 mtrs away,we have another villa for 6 people (REF: El reconet de n'Aina 448266) is ideal for large families who may need more rooms.

Familienwoche

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Finca. Nicht weit nach Pollenca und Alcúdia. Im April stören die vielen Rennradfahrer und über Ostern ist es bekanntlich sehr sehr voll auf Mallorca.

Family holiday nr Pollenca

Communication with Joan beforehand was good and he was also very attentive during our stay. The house is rustic, but very clean and the pool area and gardens are regularly cleaned and maintained. Air conditioning in bedrooms very welcome. Pool table and table tennis very useful to keep the teenagers occupied. Very good location and good value for money. We all enjoyed our holiday, especially the outdoor area and pool. Mosquitos a bit of a problem in the second week (in the whole of the Pollenca area) so bring plenty of repellent. Many thanks to Joan for accommodating us.

Great swimming pool

Had a great stay the outside space is what makes this a great place to stay. Spent lots of time in the pool. The house is a bit old fashioned but its a farm house, it was clean.

Fantastic

We were two families (nine persons) who had a great stay in the month of July at Ca'n Bou Petit. A very charming house, rustic but functional, clean and nice with a very quiet and good location in the countryside of the island. The outdoor areas were absolutely wonderful with a large pool area and a nice pool, dining area, barbecue area, pool table and table tennis so there is entertainment for everyone. We can highly recommend this accommodation and the host Joan was easy to get hold of and very nice and helpful.

Fantastic property and fantastic host.

Lovely stay at this property. Great facilities including great pool. Host was on hand for anything we needed. Area lovely from the port of pollensa to the old town. Bit of everything for the family. Can recommend this place and location.

Lovely Finca at a great location

We had a great time at Finca Can Bou Petit. Sure, a few things need an update (Mattresses, Clutter, Iron) but other than that, the finca is lovely and very close to Platja Alcudia and Platja de Muro. A supermarket is very close by. We were a family of 9 including an 17 month old toddler. The host/owner is very nice and communicative. He is there if you need something.

Lovely family holiday

Spacious property for a relaxed family holiday. A good selection of double bedrooms with separate bathrooms to at least three couples plus children. Lovely opportunities to dine inside or out. Great swimming pool which is well maintained during stay. Improvements need to be made on quality of pool table and table tennis table on offer. Area is great to explore

Ruhiges Ferienhaus für große Gruppe

Das Haus ist für eine große Gruppe die Ruhe haben möchte sehr schön. Die Möbel sind entgegen der Anzeige teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sauber und auch gute Matratzen. 2 Kühlschranke und gut ausgestattete Küche. Schöner Pool mit Liegen, wenn es aber heiß ist werden die Schattenplaetze eng. Bei Fragen/Problemen ist Juan schnell und freundlich zur Hilfe. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Pollença oder am Meer.

Quiet rural landscape with easy access to the nice vacinity

We found the location which fitted most to our plans. The large and nice outdoor facilities together with the pool where the highlights of the accomodation. With the rented cars we had short access to Alcudia, Pollenca and Cap Formentor and some nice beaches.

Tolles ruhiges Haus mit Charme

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig. Alles was sehr gepflegt, Außenbereich mit einem fantastischen Pool, Tischtennis und Billiard Tisch. Joan war sehr hilfsbereit, konnte uns bei allen Fragen sehr schnell weiterhelfen. Auch seine Restaurant Empfehlungen in Pollensa und Port Pollensa waren ausgezeichnet. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. In 8 Minuten zum schönen Strand von Port Pollensa and zum Lidl konnten wir laufen (1,4km, Auto 3 Minuten). Gerne wieder, wenn wir mit Großfamilie und Freunden einen gemeinsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbringen möchten. Vielen Dank Joan

Perfect location, quiet, in the countryside. Amazing pool and outside space with great nighttime lighting, pool table, table tennis and dining spaces. Wunderbare Finca

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Can bou petit . Es fehlte an nichts und wir konnten den Aufenthalt sehr genießen 😊 . Der saubere Pool , Billiardtisch und Tischtennis wurden von meinen Freunden und mir reichlich genutzt . Wir hatten 7 Fahrräder geliehen und täglich die tolle Umgebung erkundet . Zur Altstadt von Pollença und zu den wunderbaren Stränden ist es nicht weit . Danke Joan 🤗 für die schöne in deiner Villa Carsten & Friends

Schöner Urlaub mit Freunden

Alle in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Aufgrund des heißen Wetters zu der Zeit, mussten wir sehr viel Zeit in der Finca verbringen. Was ein wenig gefehlt hat, waren Schattenplätze. Vielleicht wäre ein Sonnensegel am Pool eine gute Lösung. Also wer mit einem baby vereist, das bereits krabbelt, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass sich da wenig Möglichkeiten bieten draußen. Aber sonst ist es wirklich eine ältere aber schöne Finca. Die Finca bietet zwei große Kühlschränle, wodurch man sowohl Getränke als auch Lebensmittel in ausreichender Zahl unterbringen kann. Die Zimmer waren alle klimatisiert, was bei der Hitze natürlich perfekt war um sich auch tagsüber mal zurückzuziehen. Dusche waren teilweise sehr hart eingestellt und das Wasser wechselte sekündlich zwischen heiß und kalt. Aber das ist im Süden ein bekanntes Problem. Fazit: Ein paar mehr Schattenmöglichleiten, ein paar kleine Investitionen hier und da. Aber sowohl die Finca als auch der Vermieter Joan waren top. Es wahr sehr schön :) Vielen Dank für alles.

Great stay with lots of relaxation

We stayed in this enchanting finca for a week and felt very comfortable. Quietly located near Polenca. The children were in the pool every day and the sea is not far away. Joan took great care of us and was available at any time. Great! Again any time. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Lovely location

A great property for two families - with perfect outdoors / pool, BBQ, shaded dinner area - and benefits of table tennis and pool tables for added activity. Good kitchen facilities. Air conditioning in bedrooms helpful. Short drive to supermarkets and Pollenca town centre as well as to beach. Owner very helpful if needed.

We had the most amazing week in the BEST part of Mallorca (3 adults, 4 teens and a 5 year old) Made even more special staying at Can Bou Petit!! The Villa location is perfect for trips across the north of the island, for both Old Pollença, and Puerto Pollenca. Joan (the host) was there when we needed him, but also respectful enough to check with us if he or his team needed to carry out any maintenance work. Cannot recommend this property and host enough. Thank you Joan!!

Family Fun at Ca'n Bou Petit

We were 2 families staying at Villa Ca'n Bou Petit and it was perfect for what we needed. Excellent pool and poolside space for all 9 of us. We also had great fun with the table tennis and pool table which were a great addition to our villa experience. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Although the largest bedroom had wardrobe space it would have benefited from also having some drawer space. The villa was clean and Joan was a very good host. Communication with Joan was easy and he replied promptly to any message that we sent. His communication leading up to our holiday was good and he provided maps, directions from the airport and villa information in plenty of time. The villa was in a nice area very close to both Pollenca and Peurto Pollenca. Overall we would recoomend this villa to other large groups or families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great outside space

We’ve just got back from a 2 week break with 6 adults and 3 children. The location is excellent for exploring the northern part of the island. Joan the owner was lovely and there quickly if we needed him but didn’t impose on our holiday. The outside space is what sells this villa with a lovely pool, seating area, table tennis and a pool table to keep all entertained. Inside it is rustic rather than a modern villa but it was comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. I wouldn’t recommend for families with very young children due to the steps to upstairs being quite steep (our youngest is 4 and was fine). We had three generations together on holiday and all had a great time.

Lovely finca close to Pollença

We spent one week with 7 adults and 5 young kids in the property. The finca, especially the pool, is beautiful. The kids had a lot of fun. The owner Juan is very friendly and the communication was very good.

Wonderful days at Can bou petit

We had a wonderful week! The kitchen was very well equipped! The garden was great. It was nice to eat outside for breakfast as well as in the evening! The house has a lot of space. The neighborhood is quite, so very good to relax. The communication with Joan was easy and he was always available for questions. We would recommend this Finca!

Perfektes Haus für Urlaub mit Freunden

Juan ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber! Es fehlte uns an nichts, wir haben in einer 10 Personengruppe das ganze Haus (inklusive der 2 Einzelzimmer) für eine Woche bewohnt und auch gekocht, gegrillt. Der Pool hat allen Spaß gemacht und die Lage mit kurzen Wegen nach Pollenca, zu allen Supermärkten etc. Ist perfekt für einen sorglosen Urlaub in rustikal-gemütlicher Athmosphäre.

We rent this villas for more than 15 years , and we never have any trouble with my customers.m born in 1964 . , and we have a daughter than born in 2006.

Why they chose this property

Because is situated in the best area of the town. The house is a rustic farm with much caracter , is very quiet and is very close to all sites.
We try always that our customers feel like at home, but without disturb them.

What makes this property unique

The villa is so close to the town, beach, bars, supermarkets,..... for that is not really necessary the car if you like for walk for 15 minutes. Anyway, i will recomended you rent a car also.

Also there are a good neighbors and there are not noice of cars or others.
