This 5,600 square foot, 6 bedroom, 4 bath home, with a fully stocked kitchen and a view of the lake, is situated on 2.75 wooded lakefront acres in Rice Lake, WI. It's the perfect spot for large family gatherings. Enjoy fishing & kayaking on Lake Montanis or travel 15 miles down the road to the Chetek Chain of Lakes. The area offers year-round attractions and activities. This unique home is unlike anything around and only a 2 minute drive (.5 miles) to the boat landing.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave bedding and linens on the beds. Just leave the beds used unmade. Make sure all pool toys are removed and set aside to dry. Place all garbage bags in the outdoor garbage bin.
Take all dirty towels and place them on the bathroom floor. Take all dirty pool towels and leave them on the floor in front of the shower by the pool room.
Make sure all windows and doors are locked. Using the power bar, shut off power to the arcade games. Turn off all lights and lock the doors as you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We rented this house for a large family gathering in November and it was GREAT! Lots of room for us to spread out and plenty of bedrooms with multiple beds for each couple/family to have privacy. We really enjoyed having a pool table since that's a family pastime for us, and the large swimming pool was a huge hit for the kids. The living spaces were a bit drafty, probably due to old windows, but the basement and bedrooms were very cozy. We will definitely be rebooking here next year!

Fabulous time! The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and it was a perfect set up for the parents to watch and relax while the kids swam. The arcade room also provided hours of entertainment when the kids weren’t swimming. They thoroughly enjoyed the large room with three bunk beds; can’t beat falling asleep to a movie with your friends!The adults had a great time playing pool and we loved the beautiful view off the back patio overlooking the lake. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores and a pumpkin patch which was an added bonus. The house had a unique design, plenty of separate sleeping areas, and was very clean. Checking in and out was a breeze and host Cole was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend for a fun getaway!

This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The property is unique and offers so many things to do. While our nearly 3 acre lot is relatively private, we do ask that our guests respect our wonderful neighbors.

What makes this property unique

This lakefront beauty boasts a large commercial-grade indoor swimming pool. If that wasn't enough for the family, there is a retro arcade room complete with back light bowling alley carpet and numerous games you can play for free! Having 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allows for multiple couples, families, etc. to share a vacation together and make lasting memories in our very unique home.
