Come enjoy the breathtaking ocean front views from this charming studio condo in Daytona Beach for a welcoming retreat. Wake up to amazing sunrises without ever leaving your bed. The studio condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, countertop stove with 2-burners, and all the pans, dishes, and utensils to enjoy a meal-in for budget conscientious vacationing. Boogie boards and folding chairs are available to take to the beach.

The location and ocean views from this condo are spectacular and make it a great stay at an affordable rate! Just across the street is the Bellaire Plaza featuring shopping, grocery, restaurants, and show cases annual events such as the classic car show and more!

*** Indoor pool and one of the outdoor pools are open.
*** Indoor and outdoor hot tubs, gym, and sauna are open.
*** Parking garage, beach access, and tiki bar are currently closed due to recent hurricanes.
*** There is limited parking in front of Daytona Beach Resort. There is a parking lot next door. There is a receptionist in the lobby for any questions regarding parking.

Please note that the property seawall and two outdoor pools are under-going renovations due to recent hurricanes. Prices have been discounted to reflect current status of building due to the condition of building, seawall, and the parking situation.

The condo is in a direct oceanfront building and is in the middle of it all, with a short walk to Publix and awesome local dining. Located 2 miles north of Main Street / Pier, and minutes to mini-golf, tennis, shopping, and entertainment. Only 2 miles south of Ormond shoppes and dining on Granada. One hour to Disney and an hour and half each to St. Augustine and Cocoa Beach. You will want a car, truck, jeep, or motorcycle to get around. Bikes are fun too when the beach is at low tide! You can drive on the beach in Daytona tide permitting so grab a beach pass and see how fun it is to coast on the coast!

I apologize for the inconvenience due to the renovations that are in process to Daytona Beach Resort, but you can still enjoy the beach, pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym, and all that Daytona Beach has to offer when you stay at our place.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please strip all beds and place dirty linens and towels in the living area. Unused beds don't need to be stripped. Turn off lights, TVs, coffee makers, and electronics. Air conditioner can be left on.

Please wash and put away any dishes that were used. Rinse and return any items used at the beach. All food items must be removed. Place trash in the large garbage cans located by the elevators.

Please return parking pass is returned before checking out. When you are ready to leave, please lock the door, return the key to the lockbox and scramble the numbers. Safe on your travel home.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Loved it!My little family of 4 just wanted a few days at the beach. This little place was a bargain and absolutely met our expectations for the price. Again, we were ONLY interested in sitting on the beach for 4 days. We were skeptical after we first booked because we started reading reviews about the property on other sites. Those reviews made it sound like the place was in a 3rd world country, unsafe, and that it had been taken over by squatters. Mrs. Cindy (owner) had clearly stated in her description of the property on VRBO that the amenities were down. I was concerned about the other things in the reviews so I gave her a call. She assured me however the property was safe and the room would be cool and comfortable, and the beach would be just what we were looking for. She answered every question I had and we probably chatted for 15 mins during that call. She’s good people and I will absolutely rent from her again. Granted, the outdoor pools and the deck are a mess, but from what I could tell they are making progress on getting it back up and running. There were no squatters, we felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time, and the room worked perfectly for us. We are not bougie people. Sure the pool deck is a wreck, but we weren’t there to stare at it for 4 days. Great host, clean and cool room, awesome restaurants in walking distance, beautiful beach with lifeguard on duty, and I happily rate it a 5 for those reasons and because it exceeded my expectations.
