A private and elegant master bedroom with a king-size bed, incredible sea view, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a modern shower.
The master bedroom also has a private access to the back of the garden for more privacy during your stay.

• Bedroom 2:
Also equipped with a king-size bed, this room features sea views, ample closet space, and an en-suite full bathroom.

• Bedrooms 3:
Furnished with a king size bed or two twin beds depending on who is traveling with you. Bright and airy, with a window overlooking the garden and private full bathroom. This room has its own little terrace in front to enjoy the peacefulness of your own garden.

• Bedrooms 4:
This bedroom is identical to bedroom 3 and also features a king side bed that can be separated into twins.
Enjoy your private full bathroom, wide closet, garden view and your own terrace in front as well.

• Bedroom 5:
This bedroom also has a king size bed that can be separated into two twins, or into a couch if this room is not needed as a bedroom.
It also has ample closet space, and its own full bathroom.

The Villa Sun is beautiful inside and out. Our party of 7, 6 adults and one child spent most of our time outside on the spacious deck when back at the Villa. The view was spectacular, we ate, read, cooked and swam daily. Nina, Kevin and Melissa were amazing hosts- Nina greeted us at the Villa and Kevin and Melissa were quick to respond to any questions. We used the kayaks that were part of the stay to go to Pinel island and see turtles!

Our stay at Villa Sun was amazing. The host team was incredibly attentive and responsive from the moment we booked the reservation through our departure from the island! They were very knowledgable on the island restaurants and other adventures and assisted us in booking a chef for a fantastic dinner in the villa. As for the villa itself....very clean, modern and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We were a group of 8 and had good spaces to hang out together, as well as plenty of space to retreat when desired. We will definitely be planning a return trip!

Fabulous home. Wonderful hosts. We are a group of 9 and everything was handled like a private resort start to finish. Melissa and Nina were very reliable for any questions that came up during our stay. The villa was spotless, rooms beautifully appointed, pool and outside patio was enjoyed every day! Kayaking to Pinel and Orient beach was great! Thank you!

This property was ideal for our two families. Everyone had plenty of space, and the layout worked really well for both kids and adults. The home felt high-end throughout, and that view is something you’ll enjoy multiple times a day. It was especially nice having our own heated pool available whenever we wanted to use it.Check-in and check-out were easy. Melissa or Nina met us each time. Communication was responsive whenever we needed anything. The location made it simple to get to the grocery store and explore the north side of the island.The basket of plug adapters was a nice touch and came in handy for charging everything since we only brought a few.Highly recommend! This place delivered across the board!

Nina is a former Chief Stewardess on superyachts and a seasoned yacht agent, with extensive experience working in Ibiza and Saint-Martin. She is dedicated to offering attentive, personalized service to our guests.
Melissa was formerly the Caribbean Operations Director at a leading yachting agency, she now works alongside her sister Nina and brother-in-law Kevin, managing reservations and concierge services.

We have studied in France, in Mexico, in the US (Boston) and in New-Zealand, and have both chosen to come back here, eager to share this paradise with you.
Together, we bring a wealth of experience, a deep love for the islands, and a commitment to making your stay unforgettable. We look forward to welcoming you!
