Overall very good and well maintained house. Location was perfect for our group. Felt a bit pricey though. Host was very responsive. It says sleep 10 but we found it cramped, in our opinion ok for 8 people

This is a beautiful home with a well appointed kitchen! And plenty of space to hang out and play games. Christina was quick to respond to questions and was very kind. There was plenty of beds for our family of 7 to be comfortable. It was a bit further from beach access then I thought, but close to great restaurants like Sam's Chowder House! I would highly recommend this home!!We take an annual beach trip and my grandkids have rated this as their favorite home.
