Had a wonderful stay with our family and dog. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners also provided little extras for us to enjoy. The location was perfect, in close proximity to both Boyne Mountain and Boyne City. Definitely pet friendly for those who bring their fur babies with on vacation. One of the best rental properties we've been at. Would definitely recommend.

Why they chose this property

This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath with a nice sized kitchen, separated dining, and roomy living room. Each bedroom has 1 bed and their own tv. There is no pull out couch. Quaint front covered porch and entertaining back patio for extended entertainment.

Please pack bug spray. The property has a little pond.
This home is located in a very wooded area. Bears and Coyotes are known to habit this area. Please do not leave food outside or in your vehicles.

What makes this property unique

Guests have full access to this home. The closet in the Master bedroom is a locked owners closet. One closet in the kitchen is also a owners locked closet but the pantry and secondary closet is open to the guests.

Furry friends are welcome but we have some rules:
A. No pets on the furniture
B. Please pick up and dispose of pet waste
C. Additional charges may occur if extra cleaning is needed
D. Max of 2 pets
E. Please make sure you paid the pet fee! ($99 per pet + fees)
