The villa boasts both indoor and outdoor fully equipped kitchens, ideal for culinary exploration. Enjoy meals in a shaded dining area or under the palapa’s pergola, where an outdoor kitchen awaits with options like teppanyaki dinners, wood-fired pizzas, or a private BBQ feast. Our team curates custom menus in advance, tailored to your preferences to ensure every meal is as memorable as your stay.
Casa Hayam is more than just a villa—it's a feeling of home, elevated. Our mission is to make every guest feel completely cared for, so you can arrive, unwind, and focus on what matters most: creating unforgettable memories with family and friends.
- Concierge services, as well as all-day staff (cleaning and kitchen) included with the reservation
- Kids friendly and fully equipped for babies
- No food on bedrooms, only coffee, tea and water
- Tobacco smoking is only permitted in the garden and outside spaces. Absolutely no drugs.
- No parties, events or people outside of the reservation allowed in the property. Weddings or other celebrations of up to 100 people can be arranged at an extra cost.
- Extra charges apply for special activities booked at our concierge
- Our booking includes kitchen staff, but extra charges apply for food and beverages. Guests must arrange their preferences on menus prior to their arrival in order for us to arrange fresh daily fruits, vegetables, fish and seafood for their arrival.

The best vacation ever!

I just returned from the most incredible vacation in Punta Mita, and I can't stop thinking about how perfect everything was! We stayed in Hayam, a stunning house that felt like a private paradise — beautifully designed, spacious, and surrounded by breathtaking views, with its own beach. Every corner of the property felt like a postcard.I went with a group of close friends, and the experience was unforgettable. From lazy mornings by the pool to sunset dinners on the terrace, every moment felt special. But what truly made our stay stand out was the staff. They were beyond amazing — so kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. They took care of everything with such ease and grace, and always with a smile. It felt like staying at a five-star resort but with all the comfort and privacy of home.Everything was perfect. If you're thinking about going, don’t hesitate. I can’t recommend it enough. We’re already talking about when we can come back!
