This is a completely renovated 1-bedroom apartment which converts easily to 2-bedroom thanks to clever space planning. It is in the city center, just a few minutes walk from the National Museum of Modern Art, and 15 minutes walk from the Acropolis. This cheery apartment features chic decor, a spacious living room with balcony and a comfortable double bedroom. It is ideal for tourists and business travellers who want easy access to central Athens and its sites, thanks to Its great proximity to public transport and historical monuments. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of this well preserved block of flats. You enter the apartment into a lobby area which serves to separate the living spaces. From this room are doorways leading to the living room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. The living room is large and contains a dining table, large flat screen TV, and balcony doors. The living room also has a large sofa that converts into a sofabed for 2 peole. Screen doors isolate the living room from the rest of the house so it is quite comfortable as a second bedroom too. The main bedroom has a large double bed, writing desk, and lots of cupboard storage. Finally the kitchen and bathroom are both compact but fully equipped.
Welcome shampoo and conditioner is provided. The guests have to provide their own for long stays.
Baby cot can be provided for an extra fee of 25 Euros per stay
High chair can be provided for an extra fee of 10 Euros per stay
Guests have access to use the house's Netflix, Disney + and Vodafone TV
