I am from WA state, moved to Cody little over 10 years ago. I travel for work a lot and rent out the shop house on the property.
Why they chose this property
I love the private road with quick access to town with all the out of town feels
What makes this property unique
The views and proximity to town. You get all the amenities of being only 6.5 miles to major stores, fuel. Secluded on the south fork and still quick access to Yellowstone, the rodeo and Cody’s. You can see Buffalo bill reservoir from the porch and be to the state park in less than 5 minutes.
