Back patio provides front row inter-costal waterway seating to admire Boca Ciega Bay's diverse nautical beauty and gorgeous sunsets. This Cape Cod themed property is amazing, beautifully appointed featuring modern decor, full service kitchen with granite counter tops and a view to the water... Grandkids fished right off the back patio while we relaxed over a glass of wine...

We had the most wonderful stay at Shary’s condo. The condo is beautiful, super clean and was all around perfect for our family. The king beds were so comfortable. The patio is spacious and gives the perfect viewing point for sunsets and dolphin watching. The location was perfect. It was an easy trip to St. Pete Beach, Fort DeSoto and the Seahorse (which is our favorite breakfast place and we’re so glad it has reopened). Shary provided everything we needed including beach chairs, and she was so friendly, kind and super responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.

Great Condo!

We booked this condo for a 10-day family vacation. The condo is in a great location with the most beautiful view. It was clean and spacious, with all the described amenities. The host was extremely accommodating and always promptly responded to our questions. We are definitely looking forward to booking there again.

Shary was the most awesome Condo owner I have ever had! She helped me every step of the way getting to the Condo and during my stay at the Condo. She addressed my every need and went way above and beyond! She answered all of my questions very promptly and was so very kind to me. I cannot say enough about her care of me during my stay. The Condo was exquisitely clean, the location was awesome, I got to see Dolphins every morning, and the sunsets are gorgeous. Location was perfect for short trips up to the beach, visiting the Don Cesar resort, Coconut Charlie's, Jimmy Bs, and so much more! I have already reserved future stays! Highest recommendation for this Host and this Condo!

The views were amazing. Each day we saw dolphins and manatee swimming, mostly dolphins. You cannot beat the sunrise from the back patio. House was very clean and I loved the open concept. You could see the water while you cooked in the kitchen.We loved the walking paths for a morning jog. I can't really say we had any complaints; however more towels would be an added value. We had to wash towels every day. Also the evening crew for the pool watch you like a hawk. Evening/night time swims felt highly surveilled. All in all we loved it.

This condo has beautiful views of boats wildlife and sunsets and is conveniently located near attractions and basic shopping. The kitchen is well stocked for cooks and the furnishings are comfortable. The owner provides many thoughtful touches such as binoculars, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The assigned parking is near the unit, making loading/unloading easy. The community has a very nice clubhouse with a small work out area and a lovely pool. The owner is very responsive.
