Freundlicher Empfang, eine kurze Einweisung zum Haus und Grundstück.Alles vorhanden was zum alltäglichen Gebrauch nötig ist. Pool wurde regelmäßig gereingt, Wassertemperatur um die 27 Grad. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strand in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und können das Haus mit ruhigem Gewissen empfehlen.

Precioso chalet con piscin

Hemos pasado una semana mi pareja y yo con nuestra mascota. Todo bueno, nada negativo que decir. Destacar la amabilidad de los dueños y la simpatía muy atentos tanto en nuestra llegada como a la salida. Lo mejor a destacar es su piscina y zona exterior muy bien cuidada. El chalet dispone de dos habitaciones, aire aconeicionado y todo lo necesario. Sin duda intentaremos volver otro año.

Maravillosa casa con piscina

Hemos pasados unos días maravillosos, una casa acogedora, unos anfitriones de primera, muy serviciales y amables. Todo muy limpio y con un entorno perfecto para tener días de relax máximo. Si le he de dar puntuación del 1 al 10 se merecen un 11!!!!!!

Ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir waren im Mai/Juni 2024 bei Ildefonso zu Gast. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Spanien. Ildefonso und seine Frau haben uns herzlichst begrüßt und waren sehr Gastfreundlich. Wenn wir Fragen hatten hat uns Ildefonso zu jederzeit weitergeholfen. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden vor Ort und die Kinder hatten einen riesen Spaß. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und es bietet jegliche Sicherheit auch für die Kinder. Wir sagen im Namen der Familie vielen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße :-)

Erholsamer Aufenthalt, Top Lage

Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr nett empfangen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Raumklima war hervorragend, jedes Zimmer ( außer Bad) hatte Deckenventilator, der auch nachts nicht störend laut war. So konnte die Klimaanlage ausbleiben. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Empfehlenswert wären noch kleine Müslischalen, die haben gefehlt. Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe etc. waren sehr sauber, da hatten wir auch schon andere Erfahrungen. Die Außenanlage war ebenfalls sehr angenehm, Pool Top. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend, Einkaufen gleich in der Nähe und der Strand ist auch fußläufig in Kürze zu erreichen. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Beste Grüße Fam. Kanzler

Nicely located poolhouse

The house is directly beneath a traffic circle, but it's very quite and there's not much traffic. I thought that could be too loud, but it was perfect. There is also a skatepark/soccercourt very close – nice for the kids. Also the city and the beach are in walking distance. Outside the pool is great and large. Enough sunbeds, good barbecue - we enjoyed staying outside. Inside the house there is some potential. It was not that clean and we had to clean some corners to feel comfortable. We are not that picky, but in different houses in the last years we felt more comfortable regarding cleanliness. Also in the kitchen we missed some things like lids for the pans. Unfortunately we also had some cockroaches in the kitchen - like 5 in one week. That made us also feel a bit uncomfortable. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and also offered us self-checkout because we wanted to check-out very early. Sadly we would not book again because of the cockroaches, that made us feel uncomfortable. Hopefully the hosts can get this under control.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist auf jedenfall weiter zuempfehlen. In den Schlafzimmern sind Deckenventilatoren, da wir Ende September gefahren sind , war das o.k. Der Wohnbereich hat eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber, auch der Gartenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen.

Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub, das Haus war top und die Vermieter super klasse. Wir waren über 60 km unterwegs, als ich eine Nachricht erhielt, mein Autoschlüssel liegt noch im Haus 🙄 Herr Bermudez war so lieb und schickt mir meinen Schlüssel nach Hause (Deutschland) wir können das Haus und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Casa espectacular!

Volvimos ayer después de estar una semana en casa de Idelfonso y solo puedo decir que la recomiendo al 100%, casa limpisima, jardín súper cuidado, piscina espectacular, ubicación excelente. Puedes ir andando hasta las preciosas calas. Los propietarios son excelentes personas, muchísimas gracias a Idelfonso y su mujer por dejarnos disfrutar de su casa. Sin duda repetiremos!!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir waren im Juli 2022 als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern in Miami Platja. Diese Unterkunft war für uns ein absoluter Volltreffer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und absolut bemüht darum, dass es einem als Gast an nichts fehlt: inklusive Begrüßungsgetränk und Anti-Mückenspray. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, der Garten geschmackvoll angelegt und der Pool war total gepflegt! Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr gut. Auch mit unseren kleinen Kindern konnten wir gut bis zur Hauptflaniermeile laufen. Zur Strandpromenade ist es ein Stückchen, aber da man auf dem Weg dorthin an zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und Spielplätzen vorbei kommt, war das für uns kein Problem! Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Miami würden wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Genial chalet y genial trato

Este año, nos hemos alojado aquí mi mujer y mis dos hijas por segunda vez y de nuevo estamos encantados. Los exteriores son perfectos para viajar con niños, tienen mucho espacio, columpios, tobogán, etc. La piscina estaba perfecta, limpísima. La única pega que tuvimos la otra vez, fue el tema de la televisión, que no funcionaba bien y ya esta solucionado, han puesto una nueva. Respecto a los propietarios, encantadores como siempre y super limpios. Sin duda repetiremos!!

La location est conforme à l annonce. Les propriétaires sont très agréables. Tout est bien entretenu. Je mettrai tout de même un bémol pour les matelas qui sont à changer ainsi que le canapé. Les ustensiles et matériel de cuisine a améliorer changer cafetiere. Ajouter des bols un ou deux autres saladiers, une essoreuse a salade, changer les poêles.
