Step into a newly updated and professionally designed 3-bedroom, 2 full bath condo with 2 underground, private, assigned parking spaces - all just a 5-minute walk to “The Square” and 10-minute walk to Vaught Hemingway Stadium! Perfect location to enjoy Oxford and the Ole Miss campus! Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to relax and enjoy charming Oxford. Cozy and comfortable living area with large sectional seating and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. In unit washer/dryer, smart TV, bluetooth speakers in each bedroom and in living room. All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 adult guests. This location and unit offers all the beautiful amenities and charm that make it easy to fall in love with the most enchanting village in the SEC! Hotty Toddy!!

Master bedroom with king sized bed, office area, extra-large closet and private master bath. 2 additional bedrooms with queen sized beds and one additional full bathroom. 514 Jackson is a secure coded access building with 24-hour state of the art fitness center, business center and outdoor patios. This corner unit is a self-check-in rental. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

Make your stay complete without lifting a finger!! Our exclusive concierge services provider will help you with grocery shopping, special event coordination, etc so that you arrive with everything you could need or want to make your visit extra enjoyable already in place. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
To ensure a timely turnover & please help out our diligent cleaning crew! Please strip beds and leave bed linens at end of bed. Please place all dirty towels in showers.
Please empty all food & drink into garbage and take all garbage to garbage chute on 2nd floor before leaving.
Please load and run dishwasher with all dirty dishes.
Accidents happen. Please leave a note or email us (23RedLetterDays@gmail.com) with any damages or needed items so that we can replace in expeditious manner for our next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love traveling and have taken all that we enjoy from the VRBO opportunity and put those experience into the homes we rent out. VRBO hosting is an extension of having a dinner party! We want all guests to have a great time and create wonderful memories.
Why they chose this property
This is an A+ location!! You are a 5 min walk to the Square - The Library, Boure, St Leo, McEwen's, City Grocery, not to mention all the shopping - it's all just a lovely stroll into gorgeous Oxford Square. The beautiful and storied Ole Miss campus is also just a 10 minute walk in the other direction. You cannot ask for a better location. Safe, secure, comfortable and perfectly located.

Not only is this condo a perfect location but we have taken every step to make this a true vacation for our renters. We are committed to making sure you enjoy your stay and have taken all our knowledge from renting and all of our experience as renters to make this condo one you will want to return to again and again.
