Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Depart by 11AM. Keep any pets down stairs, and clean up any hair or messes thoroughly. Also check and pickup any dog feces in yard. Clean charcoal grill, cover it.
Wash all dishes and utensils. Clean up grease splatter on stove. Strip sheets from beds used and leave on floor in bedrooms and leave comforters on bed. Put towels in hamper by washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This property is in a beautiful neighborhood; nice and peaceful. The house was very clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced and a great place for our small family reunion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this remote location, although not long enough. It was convenient to Ives Run, where our reunion was held. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the living room area with the huge windows. The property was amazing, although the muddy areas prevented our morning hike. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for the weekend of the Wineglass Marathon in Corning, NY. It was ideally situated in proximity to the start of the race in Bath, NY and the end in Corning, NY. It offered a very quiet and peaceful place to prep the night before the race and recover the day of the race, before a nice night out in Corning, NY. We didn't have time to explore, but looked like there were many acres of fun surrounding the house for us to use. The quiet, the location, the directions once in the house were straight-forward and helpful. Very simple process and enjoyable two-night visit.
