Located right next to Rotary Park and only steps from the Riverwalk and public gazebo. And Scenic View Park and the public beach are just down the street. The loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a huge deck and outdoor table facing the river. There's even a record player and a collection of records to enjoy!

The apartment was beautifully renovated and exceptionally clean! The hosts thought of so many extra details to make our stay incredibly comfortable. We definitely look forward to returning for another visit in the future.

Great Location, Quiet Area

We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!

The outside is in the process of being renovated, but inside was just newly renovated & comfortable. Loft 1 is situated by being tucked away in back away from the crowds & noise of Downtown Alexandria Bay & you can see the St. Lawrence river from the porch and if you walk just a little bit, you can sit on chairs by the river. The location was minutes away from Captain Thompson’s boat tours, restaurants & stores. No need to drive. Barbara NJ

The loft was clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking & baking! Amy was quick in response to my inquires. Parking is in the rear of building within steps to entrance of loft. Location is in close promoxity to downtown and the boat tours. The River Walk is steps away for sunsets. Personal touches of the host made the loft feel like home. Wi-Fi was strong (strong enough to check in on work a few times!). Would love to see how the coffee shop & bookstore comes along in next visit. Loft was a lovely place to come ‘home’ to after a day of activities.
