Welcome to this recently renovated two bedroom apartment located in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor. It is in really close walking distance to Bridge street (About 75 steps) where all the wonderful shops and restaurants are. This spacious two bedroom apartment has all new bedding, brand new appliances and a large bathroom. It has a front sunroom and a back patio. There is also a computer desk and office chair to do work in a section off of the dining room.

It’s a quick drive to Walnut beach and Lakeshore park. There is room in the driveway for a few cars or a truck and a boat. There is plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.

The property was as described. It was clean, comfortable, great location to lots of restaurants and shops, and fully stocked for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals. There was even firewood out by the fire pit.The host communicated well and answered any questions needed promptly. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this home! Everything was clean and updated. Check in was easy and the host was quick to reply to communication. The location of the house was perfect for walking with our kids to the beach and restaurants/shops, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely come back in the future!

a gem of a place to stay,newely renovated,just about 500 yrds from astabula harber strip and hisoric landmark drawbridge.felt so relaxing 2 night stay.for my wife and a close friend of ours.close to many restaurants and shops.i have no heasatation in recomending this place to anyone.Ver to geneva on the lake also.Loved it and owner very nice whos name is Kevin.wonderful

The apartment is very well kept, large, clean, roomy/spacious, & quiet. It has beautifully remodeled/updated features & is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to have an easy & stress-free stay. It also features an extremely nice washer & dryer that makes doing laundry a breeze! Conveniently located to the heart of the harbor, it’s a quick walk or drive, to Bridge Street…with so much to do & see! The host, Kevin, was extremely responsive and helpful…so glad to have chosen to stay here!! Would highly recommend.

This duplex was in the perfect location for what we wanted during our stay: time on the beach and dinners out. We walked to dinner all 4 nights and the drive to Walnut Beach was 2 minutes (is walkable but easier to drive instead of lug the umbrella, cooler, and chairs.) We even walked to a grocery store a few blocks away. If you are planning to cook full meals I would talk to Kevin to make sure the kitchen has what you need. We only did simple breakfasts and lunches.

The house was clean and obviously newly renovated. Good queen beds. plenty of places to put your stuff. three TVs great refrigerator, dishes, stoves, and a coffee maker that takes Keurig ! Easy to get to right off the Main Street but on a on a quiet and with places to walk to or drive if you wish great little town. Kevin was very responsive when I asked for an item. I couldn’t find brought it down and left it on the porch for us cause we were still out overall great stay!
