For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, of approximately 20 * dlls per person per night. -The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The amenities provided are for the sustenance of one night only. -Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance. -Parking is for one car only -Pets are not allowed -No guests allowed -The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay. -The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. -Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. -Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. -The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Guests have shared beach access for easy walks along the shore, as well as access to a pool and nearby resort facilities. Access and convenience The apartment has a private entrance, free parking on the premises, and elevator access within the building. Building staff are available 24 hours a day to assist with entry, and self check-in is also offered for flexibility. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are allowed, making this a comfortable base for extended visits.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. -Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning. -Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium. Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay. -Check In: 3:00 p.m. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). -Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm. -The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment. -Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation. -The apartment is located on phase no._1_ floor no._4_ , so guests access it by elevator.
