With 1 furnished bedroom featuring a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower, and essential amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating, you have the entire house to yourself. Relax in the cozy bedroom or unwind in the inviting living space, and use the kitchen! If you are in town for a work assignment, for school, or visiting friends/family, you’ll enjoy this bright, cheery space for a quiet stay. The filtered sunlight in the evening is beautiful! I am a California native, spent 18 years in NYC, and found Aiken due to my lifelong passion for horses. I would travel to Aiken from New York with my horses every winter, and moved here permanently in 2018. This little farmette was a passion project that I want to share with others!

Smack dab in the middle of Aiken’s equestrian corridor (horse farms, horse show venues, polo games) and only a few minutes from downtown.
