The room we were given was not the same as what was represented on the VRBO site. Very misleading posting. Room was not updayed and did not habe a view of the ocean as was pictured in the listing.

The check-in process was less than seamless. The gentleman at the front desk was pompous, condescending and assumptive. His communication remained cold each day. He assumed I hadn’t already paid in full which I did and wanted to charge me again and over charge me without apology. He did not explain the amenities or anything of the sort. The room itself was spacious but that was the end of anything positive. Damages throughout the room were everywhere especially the bathroom door and kitchen, including tiles and paint. The WiFi and phone signals would not work with no attention by staff to follow up after calling them to advise. The television did not work and staff did not always respond when calling. Overall, I’m highly dissatisfied and I need to speak with the owner regarding this unacceptable experience.
