Perfect for singles, couples and families relocating to the Denver area, in the area for temporary work, Lockheed Martin, Red Rocks, Mountains etc. Or just a vacation or while looking to move into a new home. Best suited for 2 adults with 4 children or 4 adults with 2 children as the couch turns into the 3rd sleeping area.
