I recommend to confirm the property location before booking. The property was not in the Little Armenia neighborhood. The property is in a nice area though. Some amenities that were missing are air conditioning and a gym. These two amenities were reasons why this property was selected and booked. There is a box and circular fans available. The property manager is responsive to questions, inquiries and providing item(s) that were not present after checking in.

This property does not have AC, central air or even fans on the property. I am shocked this property is allowed up and after being in the property for no more than 20 minutes, we called and asked to be refunded for our trip. We had planned to stay for a week, but we were told we would not be refunded and hung up on. No less than 10 minutes later, 3 separate cockroaches were seen in the apartment and we left immediately. I was charged multiple days even though I left within 45 minutes of my initial entry.

Upon walking around rhe house for 10 mins our feet started turning black, house smelled like faint urine. NO hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there. No sweeping or moping could gave occured dust bunnies under beds as well as socks left from other visitors. The space was the only thing that was nice while there was 7 people. Plenty of beds. They refued any kind of money off the cost but offered to give us 1 more hour to be put of the location (which wasnt crap after everything we delt with). wish i could up load pictures Also NO gym as it says. I wouldnt stay here it was a hassle
