Pet friendly, 2 bedroom tropical bungalow that's 5 minutes walking distance down our street to the beach walkover. Beach cart & towels are available for use. Colorful and comfortable, this house is a little respite from the world. NEW King & queen beds with outdoor table and grill. Super close to Publix, restaurants and beach parks. We love dogs and accommodate for them with both a fence in backyard and front patio area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure you have cleaned up after your pet. Our cleaners charge $200 to pick up pet waste. We do offer a doggie bag pickup station located on the porch. Thank you!
Please hang the keys to the shed back up if you have used them to access the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow cats, sorry but this is due to an allergy.

This cute beach bungalow has it all! The proximity to the beach is a great short walk, the beachy decor is top notch, and the kitchen amenities are just like home... all you need is a stop at the grocery store. We also appreciated that it was super clean ! Perfect fenced in yard front & back for our dog!! Great restaurants and shops nearby. Super fun beach town. We will definitely be back!!

A very well keep small home. Extremely clean and dog friendly. Fully fenced yard. Front fenced area was so nice to sit out and with our small dog. Close to the beach in quiet neighborhood. Very well done setup for rental. Had a great time and will rent this home again!
