Wonderful ocean front

This apartment offers a spectacular beach view from the 7th floor (American). The beauty of the vista if anything exceeds the photos. It has a completely functional kitchen, with a little breakfast table. At 1399 sq ft, the apartment would be great for a group, although only 2 of us stayed. Cable tv is available with plenty of HBO programming in English. Of course Portuguese broadcasts are available as well. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We never used a car once there.

O imóvel é exatamente como está descrito no imóvel, com a vista do mar sensacional na varanda. Os funcionários do prédio são super prestativos e atenciosos e a anfitriã Ana sempre está disponível para tirar dúvidas e ajudar no que for possível. Com certeza voltaremos!

Avalio como excelente o período de hospedagem no apartamento. Todo processo desde a comunicação inicial até o checkout foi muito objetivo e tranquilo. Recomendo o aluguel do apartamento. Local privilegiado de fácil acesso. "Pé na areia" com a praia das Astúrias, poucos minutos caminhando até a praia do Tombo (bandeira azul) e da praia das Pitangueiras, uma das mais badaladas da região. Ideal para familia, vista para o mar muito linda

Recomendo muito este apartamento na praia das astúrias, arejado, muito bem conservado, tem de tudo um pouco que podemos precisar (até uma mini escada está lá de prontidão). Quanto à vista para a praia e mar, não tenho palavras, é maravilhoso. Bem espaçoso e seguro, bom para crianças, fomos com 3 pequenas. A proprietária foi atenciosa quando precisamos, é bem discreta, não se apega à burocracias, ou seja, muito prática, esta de parabéns. Porteiros bem atenciosos e prestativos. Serviço de praia, exatamente em frente ao prédio com o Carioca, gente boníssima, barracas "FORTE Astúrias". Daquelas viagens que da dó de ir embora. Voltarei à este apartamento com certeza.
