Pros:-Very quiet and nice neighborhood.-The house was clean.Cons:-Many electrical outlets were non-functioning-No washcloths or handtowels -No coffee maker. There was a Keurig pod single cup maker, but no coffee pods. We had to buy a coffee maker.-Dirty pots and pans with leftover food on them or burned.-Insufficient cooking utensils, no spatulas.-No toaster.-No blankets. It was cold when we stayed.-There was a TV, but it didn't work.-Half the burners on the gas stove didn't work.-The sliding door to the back yard was extremely difficult to open. The door rollers were either frozen or missing.-The back yard was a construction zone, with piles of removed trees and bushes and sections of pipes laying around.-The ventilation fans in the bathrooms didn't work properly. They would turn on, then go off.-The 2nd shower in the master had two shower heads but neither produced much water.The property seems like a work in process and not yet ready for renters.
