The huge master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed.

For additional guests, we provide two twin rollaway beds, an air mattress upon request, and a couch in the living room.

Very spacious and clean, nice pool area, as well as easy check-in and checkout. My only issue was a large roach in my room and lower parking garage had small infestation. Overall nice stay.

Check-in delayed by 1 hour.Room is not a non-smoking room. There is a horrible penetrared smoke smell. Opening windows, spraying air freshener does not help. If you have allergies dont book here.

The location was perfect for us, and the rooms had plenty of space for us. The availability of roll out beds makes it work for additional guests if needed. The property is secure, and our host communicated very well with us. We would stay there again!

The check in process was a disaster stood outside in 100 waiting for some random dude to buzz the door, never said a word just hung up on the call box,after 15-20 minutes finally got in. No instructions anywhere in the apartment, had to message host and wait just to figure out how to turn the AC on and get a parking spot assigned. Once inside fairly unclean, no cleaning supplies whatsoever just to wipe counters etc, no broom in case of a small mess not even a freaking can opener. Only one shelf in the fridge which made storing food almost impossible. There were blinds missing in each room which made privacy almost nonexistent. Had to message host again for the WiFi instructions as none of that was provided. We had to message the host to find out what needed taken care of at checkout. One hundred percent would never stay there again. We talked with a tenant up at the pool where we had to remove the umbrella to swim, who said that others who had booked were also very unsatisfied.

If you're looking for a family unit in a relatively safe part of L.A. near all of Hollywood's attractions at an affordable rate, this is absolutely the place to stay.My wife and I, and our three teenage children had a wonderfully comfortable stay. The condo was very clean, with central heat/air. Our host was very communicative and friendly. It earned my 5 stars!!Here are some things to know:-It is an apartment complex with other residents who expect neighborliness. (It is not a party place.)-I highly recommend the added parking fee to park in the lower, gated garage. Spaces are tight, and made for compact cars, so beware any lifted trucks or suvs. I paid the fee separate from VRBO using Cash App to the owner directly. -The pool on the roof provides AMAZING views that look even better than the provided pics. You can see the Hollywood sign, Netflix's headquarters, Capital Records, and the famous observatory...along with L.A.'s breathtaking downtown skyline. (The roof pool closes at 10pm, and is only 3' deep.)-It is very close to a Target-There are some homeless folks who wander the neighborhoods and the back alley way (which is the access to the gated garage). But that's everywhere in L.A.-The location provided a central, easy-access point to some great places!...5 minutes to the Walk of Fame...10 minutes to Universal Studios...15 minutes to Burbank...25 minutes to downtown L.A....35 minutes to Santa Monica beachThanks again for a great vacation!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. We've stayed at over 50 short term rentals and never left anything other than a 5 star review. We rented the unit for 4 days, but it was so bad, we left within the first 2 hours and got a hotel room. The check in communication was terrible, the carpet was extrmely stained, and the air conditioning did not work. It was 82 degrees in the unit. We asked for our money back since we did not stay a single night, but we got no response. Run, run, run from this place.

The room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Got in the pool while we were there and the view was nice. The air conditioning worked very. If you dont want any problem finding parking you will have to pay for parking. Parking is very scarce on the side of the street. Our first night we found parking on the street but the second night we paid for parking. There was no parking. We got lucky the first night there. Overall we had a great experience with the room and the communication with the daytime and evening host. 5 STARS

The location of the apartment was great, perfect for what we needed. The rooftop pool was also great, my kid LOVED it.But the downside was that it did not feel like the house was well maintained. A few blinds in the bedrooms were missing, letting the light in and waking us up at 6 in the morning. Not the time that I want to wake up on a vacation. Some kitchen cabinet handles were missing, the bathroom mirror was covered with black dots, the bathroom ceiling light's cover was missing, and the door lock did not work well and we got locked outside the apartment for long minutes until finally on the the 10th attempt the lock finally opened.Another thing that could have made the experience better was if the host turned on the A/C to a comfortable temperature before the guests arrived. It was close to 100 degrees the day we arrived, and the temperature inside the apartment was 85 degrees when we entered. It took the A/C 2 hours to lower the temperature to an acceptable temperature, and it felt like a sauna until then.I also have to mention the additional parking fee that was not disclosed properly in the apartment description. The description says that garage parking is "available", but does not mention that it is available for additional fee that adds 10% to the total cost

The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen adequately stocked to provide for a vacation's needs. The pool, though small, was warm & pleasant and provided a lovely view of the Hollywood skyline. The underground parking, though it cost extra, was protected and convenient.
