Welcome to your quiet vacation stay! Our new, modern, family-friendly vacation townhouse is located near Epperson Lagoon. The location is ideal for those who want to explore central Florida. Centrally located, just a quick drive to many of Florida’s top attractions. About a 30 minute drive to downtown Tampa, 1 hour drive to Orlando to include Disney World and other Orlando attractions. Also, about an hour drive to St. Pete, which offers world class beaches and delicious cuisine.
This peaceful retreat offers 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk bed with a double and single for a cozy night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Relax in the living room or pull out the sofa bed for extra sleeping space. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
