Tommy has a great host. We had all the check-in instructions early and both check-in and check out instructions were easy to understand. House is great with large salt water pool, hot tub and plenty of space for our group of 5. My father, who has some mobility issues, had no problems moving easily in the house. He was also able to sit outside at the poolside counter area and enjoy the outside area with the rest of us. The outdoor grounds are gorgeous and house is close to multiple grocery, shopping areas. Was a great place to stay during our visit.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in

The pool heater was not working, the pool was 67 degrees, too cold for my 8 and 10 year old kids, which was disappointing, given we only chose the place because of the heated pool. The cost to heat the pool was 200, which is not fully clear in the listing. I wish I was notified the heater wasn’t working before we got there. Night 1 of our vacation was ruined. And we had to scramble to find a different hotel. Great house. Great setup. Bad experience.

I would not recommend this property. We got there to check in and had traveled all day and got in at 11pm and nothing was cleaned or done from the last stay. So we had to go to a hotel for the night. We had wasps all over, and ants horribly. Also the pool heater is an extra charge. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was too hot and there were tons of ants in by the hot tub. Having a washer and dryer was nice. The dish washer didnt get anything clean, and the temp would go up during the day, so we’d come back to it being 75 in the house. Definitely not worth what we paid for it. We also had spiders and some kind of beetle in the house a few times. The kids also couldn’t use the backyard because the ants would swarm them and they’d get bitten.

Beautiful But needed cleaning

The house was beautiful, but the house did not appear to be professionally cleaned. One of the beds had a food wrapper and what appeared to be lipstick or something on the pillowcase. The main bedroom had toothpaste stains on the mirror. There were plenty of towels and other amenities, including a clothes steamer.

Near The Grove Shopping, Wesley Chapel

We enjoyed the pool and new hot tub. Beds and linens were comfortable. Towels were plentiful and nice quality in bathrooms and out by the pool. Having laundry machines was great too. We enjoyed the large TV in the living room. The fridge was terrific (size and features). It was great to have access to the dyson vacuum cleaner. The homeowner was quick to respond to us and the property manager was always quick to come by when needed. Lots of shopping, restaurants and golfing close by. Note that although the street is a small cul-de-sac, it adjoins a busy street and there are not sidewalks on either street.

Nice, but a little cluttered

Although we enjoyed our stay and made the most of our time on this property, we felt like it was not that clean. We found hair in a few places, rags/sponges that were not brand new and appliances/walls in kitchen had not been wiped or scrubbed down. We didn’t do any cooking so this was somewhat acceptable for our stay. I appreciated that the owner left us containers of Clorox wipes so we used those to wipe down counters. We also appreciated that the owner had a Christmas tree in the living room. It was a nice touch. There were other Christmas decorations in the bathrooms and tables that were unnecessary and it left the rental feeling a little cluttered. We appreciate CLEAN and simple furnishings with not a lot of extra “stuff” lying around. There was a lot of food and random very used things in the kitchen/pantry and shoes which made it feel like we were invading someone’s house. The pool area was nice, but it would’ve been nice if the television would’ve worked.

Perfect location close to shopping and dining. Sitting beside the pool was heavenly after being at home in the cold weather for the last two years.

Great property with excellent communication from owner

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at this property. My boo and I needed a quick escape and wanted a property with a pool. This was a little further out than I anticipated from the city but was still in an awesome location. The owner was very easy to deal with and I look forward to coming back again soon!! All the comforts of home that I needed.
