Perfect little place

Lovely & we felt at home. We would recommend & book again. Once you get the gate code & door code down you'll be good to go. Heads up:•Guests need to bring hair conditioner & soap for shower (shampoo is on wall). One blow dryer in master bedroom (there isn't one in smaller room bathroom)•Coffee pot is a traditional 12 cup....refresh yourself on how to brew a good pot if you've been using K cups. (Bring your scoop...lol)•There are 4 pillows on each bed. (2 are decorative w shams)Heads up: nobody other than those on reservation can come to property. (I missed this detail in booking) We were able to make different plans for visiting w the friends we came to see. Just be aware. Will have to provide photo ID, an email and a cell phone number for everyone on reservation before you get gate code or door code. I've never had to do that before. Not a big deal...just be prepared theyll make request.

We selected this area in New Tampa LOVE this area. Also, people travel from all over to walk, ride bikes, hike, roller blade, observe nature on the highly popular Flatwoods Conservation Park. It has a 13 -mile paved loop, hiking, biking, and nature trails. The park features wooded scenery, water stations, and restrooms, and is part of the Wilderness Park system.
