Bay Harbor is walking distance to many activities: dining, miniature golf, nightlife opportunities, harbor cruises,Clearwaters Beach Walk, famous Pier 60, and the white sands shores of Clearwater Beach. Clearwater Beach access is a quick 7 min walk to the white sandy beach.

The unit is a 3br/3ba that sleeps 8 people. The great room includes the kitchen, dining area and large living room, all of which overlook the waters of the harbor.

Beautiful, relaxing, perfect

This place was amazing. Great location! We watched dolphins everyday from our balcony and pool area. My son even touched one! Only issue with listing is, the 3rd bedroom one has 1 queen bed, it's advertised as having a queen and twin. Condo is stocked with everything you need for cooking/entertaining, a day at the beach, playing mini golf across the street, or walking up and the strip shopping. Definitely one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at!

The views

Great location and well equipped place. Views from the balcony are awesome. Was able to watch dolphins every day. Mgmt company was great owner of unit was not responsive to emails. We brought a boat and would have liked to dock it at unit but owner never responded and we ended up renting a slip a distance away at the marina. Humidifier in unit needs to get checked our clothes were constantly damp, even in the drawers. Pool was nice but if you want sunshine you need to be out early in the morning. It disappears quickly. Overall I would give the place 4-5 stars. Everything else was great other than what’s mentioned above.

Great place to stay!

Upon arrival at the condo we were very pleasantly surprised how spacious and beautiful it was. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. Would have been nice to know in advance there was a Pak N Play in the unit but since we didn't, we rented one & a high chair. We loved the balcony overlooking the bay. We caught fish off the dock, watched a sailboat training class, saw beautiful dolphins, and enjoyed the swimming pool. Easy walk across the street to the beach as well as the pier, shopping ,and food. Beds were comfortable, well stocked bedding for sleeper sofa and plenty of towels for bathrooms. Appreciated lots of extras for beach, chairs, umbrella, especially the beach towels, toys and fishing gear. Our family of 7 had a great week and made lots of wonderful memories!

My family loved our unit. It was very spacious and had an amazing view of the harbor. We saw a couple dolphins in the morning from our balcony. Our kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for cooking. There were also items left behind by previous guests such as beach towels and beach chairs that we took advantage of. The ease of picking up your keys and dropping it off was great. Florida Beach Rentals was quick to respond with the refrigerator issue we had (the air was not cold enough--ending up replacing the whole fridge). We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we actually get a guest parking spot, which was really helpful when we had other family members come over. The communal pool is properly maintained, however, it feels a little crowded when there are more than 2 families. A restroom by the pool would be really helpful instead of having to go all the way to your unit. Overall, it was an amazing stay. The location was close to Shepards (club scene), a jet ski rental store, and a gas station. Our family will definitely be back again!
