Great place and location! The fitness room at the loft was a plus. It was nice that we were close to any place we had to get to in Oxford but outside of Oxford enough to get away from the gameday madness. Uber was easy to get as well if you didn’t want to drive. Would definitely stay there again if we get another chance!

Condo is beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. However it was not cleaned very well. We found a spider in the bed and tons of fruit flies everywhere. The coffee maker had not been cleaned out in a while and it smelled awful/moldy.

We sincerely apologize for your experience. As you can see from your September 11 check-in date, you were our first rental of the season, with Ole Miss’s first home football game taking place on September 12. Unfortunately, this was an oversight by our cleaning team, and we will make sure it does not happen again. We have not received any complaints prior to this and take your feedback very seriously. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Fortunately, this is an easy fix, and we will make sure it is addressed moving forward.

Absolute perfect setup for our extended weekend trip. Traveled with another couple and more then enough room for hanging out and everyone was very comfortable. This is a few miles out of town but exactly what we wanted. Close enough to enjoy the area and hit Ole Miss for some football or hit the square, but far enough away to really relax. Add a couple camp chairs and a few fishing poles to sit by the pond would take it over the top. Well furnished and stocked with everything you may need. Host was very accommodating and super easy to work with. Highly recommend if your in the area.
