A warm welcome awaits the budget-minded traveler at the newly renovated "Maison du Matt". Located just 8 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack, downtown, Skidmore college, and right off the Thruway exit. Clean two-bedroom will comfortably fit 4+ using supplied air mattress, 5 with your crib. Queen bed is only 2 years old. Full kitchen features newish high-end dishwasher, fridge, sharp knives, quality pots and pans, new coffee maker with coffee supplied. Features Central air, Cable/Wifi, W/D. Hang on the porch, smoke outside, and listen to the birds.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take any opened food with you, OK if you want to leave condiments, coffee for next guest in fridge, though.
Leave any USB plugs and cords for next guest
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not put the pans stored above the stove in the dishwasher. Hand wash these only please.
Put used linens (towels and sheets) in washing machine, please before leaving. Leave lid open.
Take out trash and recycle to the outdoor cans, and wheel them to the edge of the driveway when you leave. Trash pickup is early Thursday morning.
