About this property
Spacious, newly furnished two bedroom apartment, 200 meters from the beach.<br>
Fully furnished and equipped with the traveler in mind. Wheather you are traveling alone or with the family you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and dinnier ware, dinning table and chairs, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and even a washing machine.
There is free wifi throughout, 41 local and international television channels to choose from as well as an x-box console and games. Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, baby crib and a high chair. Toiletries and linen, towels as well as beach towels are all available.
The apartment comfortably accomadates up to four adaults with a double bed in the main room and two single beds in the second room. There is also a work desk and chair for the workaholics.
The verandah is perfect for dinning outside or relaxing in the suspended chill out loungers.

Why they chose this property
This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a small five story building with only two apartments per floor. It is spacious and has all of today's necessities to make you feel at home and not cramped in a small hotel room. Everything is new and the property has been furnished with quality furnitures and fittings and not too mutch irrelevant clutter.
What makes this property unique
The location is perfect and allows visitors to explore Larnaca on foot. Everything, from the beach to the shops, restaurants, bars and even bus stops can be reached on foot. Free parking is also available if required. The large verandah is ideal to spend a relaxing evening on the suspended loungers with a glass of wine in the cool summer breeze after a long day at the beach which your loved ones.
