About this property

Fully renovated midcentury modern home in peaceful desert setting. Bright and comfortable, the house is well-equipped and positioned for those wanting to enjoy the house (pool, patios, firepit, fireplace, grill, pizza oven) or the surrounding area (15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to Paradise Valley (and resorts), 10 minutes to oldtown Scottsdale, 15 minutes to Downtown Phoenix, 2 minutes to Camelback Mountain and other retail and restuarants!)

Built by Frank Llyod Wright apprentice Blaine Drake in 1958, this home has been featured twice on the Modern Phoenix Home Tour.

We’d love a month-long renter for December 2025–come enjoy Phoenix in the winter!

For those with limited mobility: We have a sunken living room which requires 2 small steps down.

We do not have a pool fence.

Suitable for families. No events, parties, or more than 5 visitors without permission.
